Stop by today around 6:30pm for my usual iced mocha with almond milk. Decided to go in today instead of using the drive through. Upon approaching the woman at the register I was greeted by rolling eyes and "what do you need' and a counter full of boxes. I responded with again my usual "I'll have a large iced mocha with almond milk" she seemed confused by my order and was extremely rude about it again replying with "what do you want, iced coffee or a latte" I've never once had to specify in the previous hundreds of times I've ordered this. I corrected myself and changed my order to a medium instead, then I clarified "latte" to her. She then went on to ring me up then make my drink. She charged me for large and gave me a large when I clearly corrected my order. As she was finishing up my drink she continued her absolutely horrendous attitude with the two friends that I had there.
I don't care about the fact that I was given a large drink instead of a medium, or the fact that I had to specify what type of coffee I wanted, however I'm giving my review today a one-star because of the absolutely horrible customer service. I was not greeted by a hello how are you today or what can I get for you today. Instead I felt like I was bothering the employee. I was very close to just canceling my order and walking out.

Read moreYesterday I had ordered the humus on toast with roasted tomatoes. One of my favorite things. When I got it home I found that all I got was humus on bread. No tomatoes and the bread wasn't toasted. I called and asked to speak to the manager. A young lady got on the phone and said her name was Sookie. I explained about my order being wrong. I told her it was unacceptable that way. She took my name and said to just come in again and they would remake it for me. It didn't have to be that day. She would leave a note on the board. She also said she would make sure it was good and toasted. I stopped today and ordered the humus on toast again. This time when I got it home it was burnt. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained about my order I was again told to come back and they would remake it for me. She sounded a bit bored so I asked to speak with her boss. A young woman by the name of Alexis got on the phone. I asked her if this was how customers who complained about their orders being wrong got treated. She said no. I told her about the burnt toast. She said that was my opinion of burnt. I told her that I could stop back and show it to her. She replied that she knew what it looked like. She was the one that made it! Dont complain about your order. Even the managers retaliate...
Read moreThis place use to be so nice..I loved some of their employees but they are going down hill fast.. a few weeks ago I stood waiting for a long time at the register inside... despite several employees alerting the cashier that I was waiting, she stood off to the side talking..I ended up leaving after 15 minutes of being totally ignored .. so now they are using drive thru only, and After a Dr appointment I took my boys here for a drink and a donut, the guy at the window was so rude and disrespectful, every drink I tried to order he rudely said "NO we can't do that! Then he ended up giving my boys what he wanted to give them, which was plain boring iced coffee, Then when I got to the pickup window and took my kids drinks from him he was still rude telling me, in a frustrated manner He was getting ready to close.. I didn't know they closed so early, so when I said "Oh sorry" he literally closed the window on me.. Never again will I go...
