Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Tarentum

I have to say I was impressed overall we don't normally order out it's a luxury for our family but we are moving so its been hard to cook on top of packing until packing cleaning just the pure exhaustion of moving in general I also this night realized my crockpot was at the new house so the meal I planned to cook earlier that day was a no go my husband decided to treat us with a takeout order of pizza to make the kids happy and reward them for a good school week and being helpful kind and understanding during the move our children are very young so they really can't help at all in this process except for being well behaved while we pavk and Un pack anyway back to the review and why I gave the stars I gave! Excellent service from the first ring to pick up kind helpful suggestions to save money on what I was ordering and thr ozone conversation was quick just like that we had ordered a pizza and saved some money already feeling good pick up was fast and easy my 3 year old daughter went with me and they were very kind to my "pizza" chanting daughter because she was so excited for her dinner they gave me plates so helpful!!!! And in no time we had our order some plates and we were on the way home. The size of the pizzas were standard and we had gotten two of them. Everyone happily ate and it was delicious. That's the kind of luxury I mean when I say it's an occasional thing forbmy family to eat out instead of me preparing a meal. It should taste satisfying because you don't eat it all the time! It smells amazing and we got the kids their favorite pepperoni pizza and a meatlovers specialty pizza for us and it was amazing. Five stars for customer service kindness helpful suggestions to save money and giving us plates to eat without even having to ask their sweet and kind demeanor to my excited toddler and the overall quality and quality of the food. I would highly recommend a family to eat from this restaurant it's affordable satisfying and overall a good purchase to feed my family of 5. God bless thanks for reading...

If I could give them negative stars I would.. we ordered a big daddy and breadsticks and got the pizza at like 645 or so.. ate a few slices my son (2yo) as well and my boyfriend.. a few hours later at like 1030-11pm we were all throwing up and having full blow diarrhea (not to be gross) and that was the only thing we had eaten.. I called for a refund and to return there ungodly pizza.. and they told me that we all prolly got the flu.. I'm thinking to myself really? No we got 😷 from your pizza!!

Be careful because they told me they have a 100% no refund policy.. so.. if something's wrong with your food or anything don't expect the return or any customer service at all.. they made me feel like I was wrong.. & were very rude on the 📱..

I'm gonna learn from this! Always read reviews before ordering somewhere 🆕!! And I wouldn't order from here...

My friend is pregnant and she ordered pizza for her children and side of jalapeño popers for husband and they put hot peppers all over the pizza and to top it they over charged her she let me listen to her recordings of her speaking to the workers and I almost cried for her they were very rude and lied to her arguing she didn't order from them she had to call another location to speak to a manager when they told her there were no managers were working and they lied about everything she spoke to a manager he apologized and sent her a pizza with a side of the poppers, I told her don't eat it they could have done something bad to her food especially the way the worker was talking to her! Fox you have yo do better this is unacceptable that guy...
