Just struck out at every phase of the visit after we were seated. Afternoon on a Sunday, but we didn't have a wait to get seated, cool. Waitress took our drink order and an app. Our app came out in 10minutes but our drinks took another 10m after that, just some beers and coffee for a group of 6. When they came out another server informed us our original server was busy so she would be helping out. A drink was missing and two people that ordered coffee with milk got cream instead. Not a huge deal. We put our orders in, no real follow ups to see if we needed any other drinks in the meantime. Order comes out and two of us order the Brack Mac, described as 'Blackened chicken, buffalo sauce, pasta etc'. Well, both were completely missing the chicken! So, 5 minutes of trying to find the replacement server to ask about it later, she kindly took them to have them fixed. 5 minutes later she came back with replacements. Both plates were barely luke warm, I don't know how something gets that cold that quickly. The small amount of chicken in there didn't look 'blackened', more like regular chicken breast. The worst part was even the chicken was luke warm and even bordering cold in the middle of a larger chunk... come on... They must have taken some other chicken for a salad or something, just tossed it in and called it a day... 20 minutes for drinks, poor order taking and fixing kitchen errors with more kitchen errors. If you don't have the capacity to serve people, don't seat them right away. I'd have rather waited 30 minutes and received better service than get ignored most of the visit and receive the bad meals. On the bright side, the fried pickles...
Read moreWe chose this place because it always looks busy and we hadn’t had the chance to visit since the place was sold and remodeled. The look of the place it’s nice, a big difference from Ruby Tuesday. Our server was very friendly and service was very fast even though the place was busy for a Wednesday. We ordered cranberry soda with lime and a double chocolate espresso martini that was delicious😋. Fried pickles for an appetizer which were very crispy, the dip had a little bit of a kick (which was very nice😉). As Entrée, chicken Mozambique and chicken Milano; the presentation was nice tho the chicken Milano was a bit bland so I had to add a little bit of pepper and salt, but it was good. The chicken Mozambique was a little bit too greasy compared to other places we’ve had it and lack a little bit of flavor, but after adding some salt, it wasn’t bad at all. We ordered take out as well for my mom and daughter that stayed at home, the pick of the night was marinated steak tips for them, but I didn’t personally tried them, i will give a review on that at a later time. Overall we enjoyed the experience, the food and the drinks. The menu has a wide variety of items for lunch, dinner and also specials which will hope to try some other time. Despite the minor flaws, we do recommend the place, we’ll be back...
Read moreMy fiancé and I dined at Brack's in Taunton for her birthday .The entire experience was amazing. From the time we walked we were warmly welcomed and quickly seated as well as giving us a well lit area as I asked for. The staff was professional, friendly and caring. And the food was amazing..5 ✨s!!!! The young man delivering food to our tabel was also a pleasure. Most importantly I would like to single out one employee in particular named Erin who was our server..she was friendly and accommodating taking the time to answer all our questions as well as giving us feedback on customer favorites on the menu. Erin is a Rock Star in our book and can't wait to go back to Brack's..and it will be a Tuesday because that is the only nite she works. In the world of Food servers...Erin is the Gold 🥇 Standard!...tremendous in every aspect...Great Job Erin👍...you are the Best and you are a credit to Brack's Bar and Grille..Brack's is the place to go for Great Food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere...Thank you to Brack's ownership and the tremendous people you employ....Respectfully,...
