Ordering is simple, coffee is made and placed on a counter on the other side. After everyone waiting touches you coffee and notices it’s not theirs I grab it walk to a sink in the bathroom and rinse off my lid I taste check it, now I walk back to counter to ask for sugar only to get ignored and finally someone makes eye contact. I ask them, can I have some extra sugars please they hand me one packet. Or 2 if they feel generous. So I add them. Taste check. Still needs more sugar 30 minutes have gone by now not to disturb them I simply trash the coffee outside the entrance door trash can. Why should we have to pay for this? It’s a simple coffee. So I try again the next day. Ask for my coffee, the girl yells large hot! 5 and 3 so I rush to grab it. Yay no one touched it. Ok taste test, boom! No sugar! Ok let’s wait for eye contact………… hay yea can I have a few sugars please……….. she says sure hands me a few I add them. Taste test, noooooopppppee! Trash it and leave. Ok I give up. Read more3 stars for effort and to be nice. The girl running the register is more confused with hot or iced: employees are trained incorrectly. She spent 50 % of her talking to customers confirming if they want something hot or cold or heated up or not. Just follow the menu girl lol
Not every customer needs to clearly state the temperature of every item. If someone just says large coffee that’s standard hot . Same goes for Starbucks , Einstein, Panera, dunkin'
The menu just says coffee. The iced coffee however does in fact say iced in front of it. The majority of customers will by default want a standard hot coffee. No need to ask all 8000 of your customers today asking about hot or iced that’s stupid, if they want iced coffee they will order as is on the menu “iced” if I ask for a large coffee that’s hot.

Read moreI only order 1 iced drink, it’s never done correctly not only that they always send me to the second window to wait and i understand there is a timer at the first window (ex Dunkin employee). I waited 10 min for an ice coffee in the drive throu while other cars were able to pass me. There is another Dunkin down the street might just go to them or leave Dunkin completely and stop at a Starbucks or New York bagel that’s...
