Tell me why I just spent 15 dollars on a trash sub? Please.... nowhere charges 15 dollars for a steak and cheese sub bot even after covid.... now tell me why I get there at 8 guys closed for the night when it doesn't close till 830... burns my first sub doesn't melt cheese on my second sub... doesn't ask me what kind of toppings I want. Just cuts it throws it in a bag and charges me 15 dollars for garbage.... guy was incredibly rude no eye contact several customers came after me I felt bad as one was clearly on something and the next ones that came in were the government funded type I get the city we are in and that its a lot of high people or straight up addicts but dude is in the food industry. You don't get to be rude until it's after closing and people are trying to order. I have managed many kitchens and now a hotel.... this kids behavior is completely unacceptable but also the prices that franchises are allowed to push for garbage fast food is not okay either! I can go to anyplace and get more for less and better. But you're relying on people being to embarrassed not to pay after they order. Subway... go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Put them out of business. I'd support any mom and shop place at 15 dollars a sub. Not a corporate place feeding...
Read moreIn an 8 hour course 16 minutes away. Knowing how long it takes round trip, it left little time to get lunch and get back. Being famished from not having time to eat breakfast this morning, I pre-ordered online at 12 while in class. I got a notification that the order was ready for pickup at 12:38pm. I arrived at this subway around 1pm. Once I got inside I was told "they got really busy" with an apology when they somehow didn't have the sub that I was notified was ready. I'm guessing it went to someone who else who was ordering the same basic thing during lunch. They then offered to make it from scratch which I did not have time for, hence why I pre-ordered in the first place so I wouldn't be late back and miss anything important. So I had to leave my name and number for a refund and now won't be able to eat lunch either. It's a pretty simple thing to make a sandwiche for the person who pre-ordered it, bag it and put it behind the counter for pickup. The excuse of "Sorry we got busy" doesn't justify being told the sandwich is ready for pickup and then it's not. Hangry. Upset. And disappointed something so simple can't even be done by so many of the younger generation in the work force these days... Deffinetly not going here ever...
Read moreI come to this Subway probably about once a week by someone else’s , but it wouldn’t be my first choice. Although the employees are nice enough (not super friendly, but not miserable), the overall experience here is subpar. The dining room is often unkempt and sticky. The sandwiches are not made up to Subway standard - the veggies are often all in one spot and the dressings are put on sloppily - regardless of who is crafting the sandwich. I absolutely love Subway cookies, but this location almost always under-bakes them, leaving them quite doughy. Even the pictures on the wall are crooked. Several times I’ve had to tell employees different things that needed to be stocked including CO2, soda syrup, and drink lids. Oh, speaking of drinks - the tea/lemonade containers look like they aren’t cleaned often. Honestly, I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like all of this needs to be brought to attention and addressed...
