White Castle — Restaurant in Taylor

I went inside so I could sit down and eat. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait at least 10 minutes or more for my order to be taken. There was only one gentleman in front of me. They took his order then started getting his food ready. No one asked if they could take my order until they were finished with his and then I still had to wait.

The employees were friendly and they did a good job at getting my food and everything was fresh and hot.

It was just customer service as far as waiting on somebody when they walk in the door or shortly thereafter was not there.

I worked in fast food, I know how it goes. I gave them plenty of time and from a past manager's standpoint that was not good customer service leaving a customer standing. No acknowledgment nothing until they were ready to take my order.

Every employee that I dealt with was friendly and professional I don't know why they didn't take the order right away. The drive-thru was busy but I don't know what the problem was.

The beautiful young lady who took my order & handled my change was like, alright I look SO fwd to WC sliders so much. Has to do w/ my kids, past good memz, etc. Well, not only was I in MI I ended up in a town my kids & I have been to many times. The girl at WC was like meeting an angel. She was SO kind and SO sunshiny & beyond patient, too! (I am getting older, yanno!) Then I found a 'penny" from Heaven immediately after I got up from eating my first slider to notice my box said "Try to eat a Slider like a T-Rex!" Haha... My daughter, who is departed now, loved dinosaurs, white castle trips, and being with her brother & me on lil road trips to Taylor. Mira, Mia... I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but I was just at their window no more than 20 min ago. If I could have hugged her I would have! 2nd White Castle/Michigan trip in the past 4 months & both places were clean with...

I've overall received fairly poor service at this location, if you go through the drive thru and ask for something specific from their freestyle drink machine, they're almost guaranteed to mess it up unless you say it like three times.

Also, one time I was stuck at the drive thru for at least a solid 15 minutes and I wasn't being served still, I had to go in and place my order, and while they didn't handle it the best, some idiot of a manger apparently thinks 3 people is enough to handle a white castle where I imagine they cook up thousands of those mini-burgers during lunch.

I've seen other locations managed better, so hopefully they can turn this location around, because I really do like white castle and in fairness, when it comes to the actual food in the order, they never mess that aspect up, both reasons why they aren't getting a one...
