The shakes have a pudding consistency and it doesn't make sense that people have to buy a tea and a shake. Planet fitness is right next door so naturally a lot of people trying to get fit will want a quick way to get what they need. The problem is the shakes take a long time to make because you have to be introduce to their system, them the pudding like consistency doesn't help. Then for people who workout might want a pre workout tea... The shake is supposed to come after your workout for proteins your muscles will be craving. But the tea is supposed to come before for hydration and a caffeine boost. So this place doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Omg i was feeling tired and sluggish so decided to try an energizing tea from here. I hateeee the taste of tea but i got the blue raspberry tea and it was great. It perked me up and made me feel great the rest of the day mind you i drink fraps with 3extra shots of espresso and bang energy drinks which i was looking for a healthy alternative for and i think i found it.
