Update 01/19/2021: This location was great when they first opened. They are now constantly messing up orders, as well as closing before the posted closing time (according to their hours online and the sign on their drive-thru window). It seems like they are closing at 9 PM instead of 12 AM, which is the posted time. Every single time we have tried to get food at this location for the past (almost) two months, they were already closed by 9:30 PM -10 PM, which is just disappointing. The last three times we stopped by, they had a sign up that said one of their machines wasn't working so they were closed. We were wanting to stop by tonight, but do not want to waste the gas driving there only to find they are closed (once again). Upon reading reviews from others, I found that this is definitely a typical occurrence and that other customers are not pleased by the fact that this location does not honor its posted hours. I have now lowered my rating to a 1-star rating. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would, even though I am one to dislike giving bad reviews, but clearly, the people at this location do not care about improving their service and satisfying customers.

Original review: My wife and I typically love this location, however, our last two experiences have not been the best.

Last week, we were overcharged (they were out of large cups, they gave us medium cups and still charged us for the large ones). Today, just an hour ago, we decided to come and get food. At the window, we mentioned last week's incident, and the kid (who was very nice) at the window remembered being out of large cups that day, and gave us our order of criscut fries and fried zucchini for free, which was great. However, when we got home, I found that my order, which was supposed to be a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger with jalapeños, was only a regular Western Bacon Cheeseburger (just one patty) and it had no jalapeños. Regardless, we were still charged for a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and, after looking at the receipt, also noticed they did not put in my request to add jalapeños. When we opened our bag, also, we found most of our food was covered in fry sauce (one of the containers they put in our bag was not completely shut and the fry sauce spilled), which we did not order, and do not care for. At the end of it all, the free criscut fries and zucchini do not compensate for another messed up order, in which we still ended up being overcharged for a meal, being that they did not even give me the Double Western, which is what we paid for. Don't expect your meal to be correct at all. Cheeseburgers weren't plain as I requested as my 7 year olds hate anything other than cheese on them, only 1 patty has cheese, my wife's carl burger came on a bun when I explained that I DID NOT WANT A BUN NOR LETTUCE WRAP, chicken nuggets weren't even there, fries were warm not hot.

Upon going back next day to get things corrected the manager said she couldn't do anything and to come back next day. I ended up hitting McDonald's for their cheeseburgers and nuggets and then Wendy's for my wife's burger.

Don't bother trying to call the restaurant to get things corrected or even that stupid phone number that's located on the side of their building. I went in the following day as my household is dealing with sickness, manager told me to come in the next day when the General Manager was there. I show up today the general manager didn't even do anything, she went back and talked to only whom I believe was the lady I talked to yesterday. I walked out with my sick child, ended up helping some kids stuck in their parking lot in a disabled vehicle blocking their entry, was called back over and offered the chicken nuggets and a combo.

Go to the 1 in Jordan Landing. Much better customer service. It's 2 exits south of 5400 S.

Ohhhhh and much less their doors on the side of 5400 West were locked to where you weren't able to exit. Which is an OSHA violation. They can be locked but must be able to exit from inside in case of...

At night shift at this location you either get your food crazy fast or you are waiting 20+ minutes. There is no in between. The staff is super friendly but don’t ever acknowledge that you waited if it was one of the days that you’re waiting for a long time. They are also terrible about giving sauces, I have to remind them every time, even if when they take my order that I want fries sauce or ranch or whatever for the kids meal chicken stars. I have to ask for it when they hand me my food every single time.

The thing that prompted me to leave a review is when I got my food tonight, the manager was on her personal cell phone, making a personal call at least I assumed it was personal because she was talking in a different language and it was definitely her personal phone due to the wallet phone case she had. She did put the phone down temporarily to handing my drinks and food, but while I was waiting for my food to come out she was talking on her phone the entire time. However, she was extremely friendly and wished me a good night so it could’ve been worse. I personally don’t feel you should be talking on your personal phone while working, but she did put the other person on hold to give me my drinks and food so it just depends on how...
