The manager Helena was really awful to me and demonstrated zero customer service skills. She is the one working the cash register at this location the few times ive gone in, she isnt very friendly or nice. In fact shes got very stand offish "i dont want to be here" attitude. If she didn't say she was the manager I would of never guessed. So I am a frequent customer of BandBs so i usually always order the same thing. I go, order my coffee and head to work. I noticed it tasted off. Very bitter. Like one of the ingredients was missing. I get to work and then called to talk to the manager and helena answered. She seem annoyed that i called and was very dismissive to me. She said she would have to call her boss and see what to do. What? Ummm, Okay.... she calls me back and goes yeeeaaah so you cant get a refund or credit. I was like why not? Cause we dont have the physical cup here. I was like what are you talking about? Shes like its policy. Then told me to call a corporate phone number. Wow. Are you serious? A little customer service would of been greatly appreciated but to be so easily dismissed like it was, is unacceptable.. Read moreI went inside planning to work for a few hours, I walked in and the employees seemed friendly and said hi as I went to sit down. After I set up my laptop I went to the counter and asked if I could get the WiFi password. The employee at the counter was super nice and began to give it to me but the manager, some white lady with short pink hair, yelled from the back in a rude and accusing tone asking me if I was going to order anything. I said I was and the employee at the front started to give me the password again until she stopped and said she didn't want to upset her manager and asked me to order first. I usually like to work for an hour or so and then grab food when I am hungry. I don't know why they were so pressed about it since they were empty and it's not like I can grab the WiFi and run. Read moreI reviewed on the app a positive review before my experience when they deserve a very negative review. I went there on weds dec. the 20th at night. 2 young kids were working. It was empty. We ordered 2 teas and 2 hot chocolates. They brought out the hot chocolates and then we waited for our teas. I kept telling my husband they forgot our teas but he thought they didn't. I'm watching these kids literally on their phones and twiddling their thumbs. 15 mins into waiting I asked them about our teas and they said,"oh." All clueless. They proceeded to make our teas which were not good. I'm not sure they even made the tea we ordered. I dont understand how 3 kids forget 4 drinks on a not busy night where literally only my family and one other customer came in.
