Great Harvest Bread Co. Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Taylorsville

If you are wanting to have a feel good experience mixed in with great customer service, good eats, and a warm friendly environment than hurray to the great harvest store in Taylorsville and say Hi to my newest friend Shiloah. I went there because I needed to buy some pastries for a tailgate party. She took her time to figure out what exactly I was looking for (cuz i had no idea) also I did not want to spend a lot of money. She worked with me to gave me a couple of suggestions which included sweet rolls cutting them in halves and placing them in box containers which she provided. But that's not all. She also offered to do this herself which was great for me, but later suggested that this might dry them out. She suggested that I do this myself right before my tailgate party so as to ensure their freshness. To my surprise the sweet rolls were 25% off but when she rang them up she forgot to give me the discount. Now by this time I would have payed full price plus 10% just because of the special way she made me feel. But no she recognized her mistake and insisted that she give me the 25% off which was about 13 dollars. But wait theres more... This beautiful human asked for my birthday so that she could put it in her system for future discounts and freebies, I told her that in fact my birthday was today. She stopped what she was doing and announced this to everyone in the store! Everyone wished me a happy birthday! and gave me a huge pumpkin sugar cookie 🍪 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! Well needless to say Shiloah made this old mans day! Thank you Shiloah and thanks to Great Harvest for having the best...

I made an out of state, on line order for delivery to my Mom for an early birthday gift. She lives about 15 min away from this bakery. On line ordering was super easy with some great choices. Within 15 min of placing the order I got a call asking for clarifying questions. I wasn't clear on the delivery date and it was my fault. I was super grateful they called. I talked to Robin and she was helpful, friendly and kind. When she found out it was for a birthday they took it upon themselves to add birthday tissue paper and a big bow to the bag making it extra special! I didn't even know this until I received a text with a picture showing it was getting delivered. Another helpful surprise! I had ordered 4 loaves of different kinds of bread since my Mom is disabled and had company coming over, I thought they could all enjoy it. My Mom said the person who delivered it was super kind and even put it inside where she wanted it. This would have been very difficult for her so again, some great customer service here! My Mom said when she opened it, it smelled so good and when her company got there they all enjoyed a bit of each kind and said it was really fresh and super delicious! They were all looking forward to eating more of it throughout her birthday week! Great Harvest made on line ordering easy, the communication was great, the customer service was phenomenal, and the bread was AMAZING! I'm super pleased I ordered from here and would again in...

Homeless recovering addict that me I come here and get a sample sometime every day or ever othere day... Why this should be how homeless people should feel like we are apart of society. Thanks to these happy kind faces make the start of my day good because I have never felt like I need to hide myself from other customers when infact the kindness of staff trickling to customer to so a post hi or smile that makes the homeless feel good about them selfs in what some of us face may be the hardest part of our life's... Good old fashion vaules and beliefs and standards the owners believe and they staff as a well.. Thank you to Andrew for his listening ear and kindness that has saved me a lot from using that day for just showing me that I still matter... Best location okay I can't say that I have only been this to one ...
