I went and found a battery similar to the one i needed for my motorcycle and it was an Xtreme battery so they had to add the acid and charge it before it was ready. When i went to pick up the battery it was in a box so i thought it was the same battery i paid for. When i went to install it on my motorcycle it wasn’t the same battery that i bought. I called the store and they were able to locate my battery. I picked it up and returned another customers battery and was able to install the correct battery on my bike. I rode my bike for 2 days and got maybe a half dozen starts off of it. I took my battery back to the store because i am supposed to have a 6 month warranty and they told me that it was too low of voltage to test it. So they asked me to leave the battery so they could charge it. I returned a few hours later and they insisted that my battery way over discharged and no longer a good battery and it wouldnt hold a charge. I asked about the warranty and they said that they don’t warrant batteries that are over discharged. I took the battery and the next day i took it to work with me. I am an experienced mechanic and know how to diagnose almost anything that has to with automotive or diesel mechanics. I used my multimeter and a load tester and it showed that my battery was still good. I took it back to the store and the lady there argued with me for more than five minutes to test the battery in my presence. She finally tested it in front of me and it was reading as a good battery. They argued with me about my warranty and said that they will never warrant my battery. Be careful when buying batteries from them. Who knows how many people have been scammed by these people because they dont have the tools to diagnose a...
Read moreAs a returning customer of five years. This experience was completely different. I walked in. Was greeted by an employee named Tony. I simply asked him for a battery replacement for my watch. He quickly responded cutting me off in the middle of my sentence. We don't do battery replacements on watches that are valued over $100. I took off my watch and explained that I have purchased this service at this exact location for at least the past five years and have receipts to prove that statement. Tony disrespectfully handed back my watch to me and said I am refusing service to you, and you are welcome to leave. I contacted the owner and apparently there is an undisclosed new store policy that only applies to some employees according Neils the owner. Neils claims some employees exchange batteries in high end watches and some don't. Neils asked me to text him photos of my watch. Which I did and claims he would call me back. Never heard back. Interesting how on their website they offer watch battery replacement. See photo for reference but yet I was refused service... Guess I will be taking my...
Read moreWe had a screen replaced here a little over a month ago when it broke due to a bike crash. It cracked again during regular use about a month later. We were going to use it cracked and not worry about the warranty as we only needed it for a short time longer. Then the top half of the screen stopped working and we couldn’t unlock it. I brought it in to redeem the warranty and they said it wasn’t their fault and we’d have to pay for a new screen again. The phone has outlasted all kinds of drama over the last 3 years and it didn’t last 5 weeks with one of their new screens. The worst part of the experience was how rude Jessie was when I brought it back to the store. There was another employee who was providing me with excellent customer service who really knew how to explain the warranty and the issue, but Jessie came back and started talking over that person to reject our warranty and be sure i knew it wasn’t their fault. Super rude. Not planning on going to this batteries plus again for any future needs. Don’t waste your dollars. Go to a place where they will give you a quality product and...
