Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Very poor customer service and unreliable delivery service--they use DoorDash for delivery services. Waited over an hour without a driver picking up my order to deliver. When I called the store they told me that "nobody has come to pick it up" and my order was just sitting there. After waiting that long I wanted to cancel my order and they stated they were "unable to cancel or refund an order". Surely every business is able to refund orders- especially when we never recieved the product paid for! I asked to speak to a manager, was given a phone number, called--it was an invalid number. So we were left waiting for a Doordash driver to (MAYBE?) come pick the order up. Eventually someone did accept the delivery to bring us our cold pizza that had been sitting for over an hour. Customers should be able to cancel/refund order when the product/delivery is not done as promised. Completely ridiculous. no fault to the Doordash drivers, just horrible customer service from the store. Don't offer delivery services if it is not reliable. Our local business will never be ordering from this...

Raw pizza, unwashed hands

Part of our order was given to the person in front of me. The employee admitted that the order I called ahead for was given away. He then lazily made our final pizza. The pizza came out raw and he pressed his unwashed and uncovered fingers into the pizza, went to the other employee to discuss. But, pressed for time, he then proceeded to box up the pizza, put it on the bottom of the stack and gave it to me.

I opened the box and confronted the employees and he acted like the pizza (pictured) was fine. When I relayed what I saw earlier he admitted to it.

This pizza was going to a group function where people would have gotten sick.

Neither Eric or Brad have returned my calls regarding the incident. And neither took a call from their employees when I sought to speak with a manager on site.

From the other 3 pizzas, 2 of them also had undercooked borderline raw crust and dough as well.

Hungry Howies opening later this year. LC won’t have a chance. Sad honestly. Lack of care from...

I agree with everyone else. This franchise is greedy. They charge more than other locations and they give you less. This place will eventually go out of business. They charge a lot of money for sauce, for example, and then they they only give you a half filled container. Pizza sauce is not expensive. Plus the employees are not clean. Luckily the pizza oven is forgiving of their uncleanliness. Wash your freakin' hands properly after touching money. Better yet, put on a pair of gloves after washing your hands. Also you should wear a hat to prevent hair from falling off your head into the pizza.

Hopefully the new Jets Pizza values cleanliness and provides its customers with a better value.

Little Caesars Pizza is bottom of the barrel to begin with when it is done right. This place makes decent -- horrible.

Recommendation: AVOID THIS LITTLE CAESARS...
