The service I received I give it -5 stars. I went inside the store Friday evening on December 15 2023. So here's what happened, I ordered on that kiosk screen and had to pay at the front desk and no one didn't show up to assist me after 3mins. I also had an my reward points I wanted to redeem and the girl that was working the register didn't wanted to help me and, she said that she I get the manger to help which she never did. After that my order came out so I checked it I ordered a double cheeseburger comes to find out they didn't put cheese on my burger which I paid for.So I told that girl there's no cheese on my burger. Then another problem lead on to another problem with my fries which my fries was cold. I told the girl my fries was cold she's (sighing) at me when I told her my fries was cold and she did the same thing about the cheeseburger incident too. When I told this girl about my fries being cold she says in a rude tone which I didn't appreciate as a paying customer that "that they wasn't cold 5mins ago" I replied back to her "now there cold now for letting them sit before handing them to me after I stated in my order I wanted my fries fresh". I've even went up to the counter and told them I wanted fries fresh out from the grease. When the girl went back to the kitchen she whispered to another lady and said something about me which I also didn't appreciate. After that had happened I asked for her named several staff members said that they not giving no names. That was the horrible experience I had at that McDonald's I will not be back at that location ever again or I will not recommend for anyone to go...
Read moreI drove through the drive through because the door was locked. There was a long car line at the drive through. All I ordered was a Big Mac . I waited patiently in the car line . After I paid for the Big Mac and drove to the second window to receive it. I got my Big Mac came home in front of my TV and opened the carton with my Big Mac in it and took a bite. The hamburger patty all around the edge of it was burnt and hard . I know they were busy that night but restaurants are suppose to be prepared for busy times and this should not effect the quality of their food , service or atmosphere. I have been a waitress many years ago and sometimes we had busy days or nights. Without warning we always still gave our customers good food, good service .We took pride in our work and in ourselves that we did a good job and not once did we have a dissatisfied customer or a complaint. Why can't this younger generation care about a paying customer and show the customer they can deliver good quality while under pressure? Instead of throwing any ole thing at us paying customers. How would they like to be served and pay for food that is burnt up ? Training Mangers it's your job to point out to the people that's newly hired how important a paying customers are. Because Mac Donald's as well as your name is known , you should also be known for the quality of your product that you are selling the public because without the public buying you can be put out of business . Read moreI entered the lobby with my partner at 10:20 pm ordered our food got rock hard chicken nuggets lukewarm burgers and stone cold fries, hadn't checked all the food when it was received but should have. We saw. They had a full basket of fries that was just left hanging over the fryer and two employees were chatting away. They threw the fries together for our order then put them under the heat lamp like that was supposed to automatically make them safe for human consumption then got mad because I called it out and asked for fresh fries after giving her the benefit of a doubt and double checking if the fries were fresh or not by touching one and it was stone cold. I asked simply for fresh fries and explained that I know they had been sitting there for awhile. We got the fresh fries and left but again I regret it because the rest of the food was inedible. When we left I saw Zack (I immediately called the store after I saw him do it twice the first time it happened I just thought guy must have just had a hard shift or rough day ok sure) glancing out the window and he walks by the window flipping me and my wife off and then proceeded to do it a second time. I do not advise anyone going to this location till they get it together otherwise someone's going to end up with food poisoning.
