Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Recap last night 6/7/2019 I ordered same order I have always ordered, well one of the pizzas had the wrong crust. I called to tell jeremey the so called manager and he said every time you order there is a problem m I iTunes U your pizza and I can not keep giving you free food. I am I’ll r place it if I get the other one back. Before I finish this part of the story let me explain.. we order pizza every other week for years now. And our orders always range from 30 to 50 dollars eveytime we have a big family. The last order before this one they gave us a pepperoni pizza instead of the hamburger we ordered.they remade it while I waited sand They told me to keep the other one for their mess up. The time before that we ordered a hamburger pizza and 4 meat 4 cheese calzone and we got a candian bacon pizza and ham and cheese calzone. Again I offered the mess up back and they said no keep it. That’s as far back as I will go, now back to last night when I called the Manager he proceeded to tell me that we were the only people in Tecumseh that always have a problem with their pizza. And he keeps cutting me off as he laughs while telling me all this. Then he says the whole I will r make it but I need the other one back. I told him I’m. No problem it’s not what I ordered so I don’t want it.. He proceed to basically keep saying I want free food. I told him listen I buy 30 to 50 in pizza all the time why would I need free food? And the only reason I have continued to go there until no is because they fix there mess up and use to be polite.. So my wife and I took all the pizzas up there showed them their mistake which was in their. Computer the right way they just messed up yet again. He said I will refund your money. Then proceeds to tell us we could have all the pizza ummm what ?No we don’t want free food!! He said I told you I could t replace your pizza.. But he just told me earlier I will replace it , but I need the other one back!! So which one is it he just starred at me like a dear in head lights!! After all these years I am so done he is a he worst manager most unprofessional manager I have ever meet.. I said I won’t be back, he said ok that doesn’t bother me any!! I give...

Visited other day for lunch get a salad and girl checking me out couldnt stop smacking her gum and chatting with her friends. THEN today we came in for lunch and dessert pizza had tops pulled off the few pieces that were left and others were hard as a rock so asked they guy if he make a new one and after waiting 20 min and the lady with short bleached hair had just came by asked us if we wanted anything off buffet told her we were waiting on new cinnamon dessert so again after waiting 20 min I go to see if its done and he never made it!!! Wth have I been waiting on so now buffet over and he asks her if he can make it she tells him make cinnamon sticks no thats not what on buffet as dessert pizza I am sorry but I already had eaten cold not fresh pizza I think if I ask for fresh dessert pizza u can make it since I just paid for 3 buffets. Anyhow I told lady I been waiting for 20 min and she didnt care she said well he making it now uhm thats not the point. This place has the rudest most non customer service skill working people I have ever met in my life!!! No wonder this place is never busy and guarantee u the only reason it stays open is bc there not many places eat...

The last time we had a winter storm my family and I decided to order pizza. It was around 4pm and the sun was still out. I called and placed an order and was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to get to me despite the fact that they are like 3 blocks down the street from me but I accepted that because the roads were still a bit wet & slick. By 6pm it had not arrived yet so I called them again and was told that my pizza was just coming out of the oven and about to go out for delivery with some other peoples orders. Another hour+ goes by and still no pizza so this time I called to cancel the order, they then told me that they had decided 30 minutes prior to me calling them for the last time (which would have been 30-45 minutes after they told me it was on the way) that they would not do any more deliveries that night and didn't even bother to call and tell anyone. I was never offered any compensation for the fact that me & my family had been waiting on pizza since 4pm, they didn't even apologize. Update: After almost 5 years, we gave them one more chance and the pizza...
