Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tecumseh

I am a regular at this Taco Bell (Tecumseh) and I am very disappointed to say I was displeased with my meal tonight. I spent 30 bucks on a quick bite after work, and my meal consisted of the grilled cheese burrito (steak, beef, or chicken, rice, sour cream, and chipotle sauce). I ordered mine with light sauce, no rice, and no sour cream. When I got home, it was freezing cold, so I immediately checked for rice because I figured it was a premade, old burrito. To my surprise, there was no rice, just a huge glob of sour cream waiting in the center for me, as well as a handful of lettuce.. on my burrito that doesn’t come with lettuce unless specially requested. I’d like to say tonight was my worst experience at this Taco Bell, but I can’t. This happens just about every time I go passed 10, and I get it. You’re exhausted, it’s late, but you chose that shift. You chose to be there, and you’re getting paid to be there. Stop slacking, it doesn’t take a genius to...

The nite manager can't handle the job...from what I've seen other than stressing employees out all she does is walk around the dining area with her thumb up her ass....the drive thru is backed up...customers coming back cause orders wrong....not getting what they order...can't even get a fork without waiting 8-10 minutes in line...the young man working drive thru was pretty nice considering the BS he was going thru withcustomers because of other employees(the food makers & the one that stood around with her arm crossed doing nothing...maybe someone could come teach them step up when need be and smile....smile that goes a loonnngggg way...maybe I was a little harsh...some of the employees are wonderful(u know who u are) but...

We ordered online and when we got there they didn't check on our order. After waiting for like 30 minutes I went up to the staff and she said rudely "well the order isn't checked in" we have never had to check in a order. After waiting again when I went up to get the food I accidentally flipped the chair over (heavier chairs with rubber on tiles mean they are hard to slide) and the same lady yelled out "you break it you buy it" in like this snarky tone. Then when I got our food my food barely had any sauce until the last few bites where all the sauce was supposed to be spread...
