Braum’s Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant — Restaurant in Tecumseh

My friend and I went to this Braums yesterday and got two sundaes. I wanted a hot fudge sundae with pecans instead of almonds because I am allergic. My friend wanted an M&M sundae with cherries, pecans, and cream ice cream. When we pull up to the window both of our orders were wrong. They gave me almonds and gave my friend the correct ice cream but it wasn't an M&M sundae. They fixed my sundae but gave my friend an M&M sundae with plain vanilla. We left anyway because the workers were nice enough and we just wanted to leave and eat our ice cream. Today we decided to give it another go because we were craving ice cream again. Our orders were the same except this time I asked for a large frozen yogurt twist in a cup for my mother. I had the man taking my order read it off back to me to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and to make sure he heard what all we wanted and everything was right. When we got our orders, my sundae was correct but again my friend's order was wrong. It wasn't an M&M sundae and for some reason it had cookies in it. They also put my mother's large frozen yogurt in a cone so it was melting. We didn't want to deal with holding up the line so we just went ahead and left. I work in food service so I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but I don't think our order was complicated enough to warrant getting it...

The specific location I think it's in Shawnee Oklahoma on the south end of town.... the manager I didn't catch your name but she's a complete idiot. And here is what makes me believe this is the truth...we order ice cream for the kids my brother ordered a #1 with a mint chocolate chip shake. and the lady says would you like to make that a medium? he answers yes. then I got whtevr....And he pays for it right and so they call are #625 and when I get to the counter they are just about finished with Kev's small mcc shake so thats when I reminded the lady he said yes to the medium the lady said I'm sorry ill change that to a medium and the manager shouts out there will be an upcharge in price I said he ordered a medium I was standing right next to him I heard him answer the ? would you like to make the mcc shake a medium... so he isn't gonna pay more for something he already payed for they medium he refused to pay, so the manager made her make it back into a small! So they threw away the first small made the medium then threw away the medium to make the small so read that slowly and tell me if it makes sense? We looked at the receipt he only payed for a small even though he ordered the medium....who's...

I cannot give this place any more chances or money. I WAS a regular customer who ALWAYS asked for my order to be cooked FRESH. The female managers all knew that I was the "fresh please" lady with no problem pulling forward to wait. About a month ago I went and ordered a spicy chicken club combo and asked the person taking my order to have it made fresh. At the pay window I verified that they let the cook know. At the pickup window I asked if it was fresh when they handed me a bag instead of pulling me forward. I pulled up to check it and nope it wasn't fresh. As soon as I walked in the manager goes "I told them 3 times that you're a regular customer and to make it fresh". I had to wait for my food to be made fresh. A couple of weeks ago was my last time going. I ordered my usual #2 no veggies except pickles, add bacon, soda no ice. For hubby a #2 with everything, add bacon, drink no ice. I get home and both burgers have everything on them and are not fresh! I went back for a refund on just my food and drink. The stupid manager refunded me for a cheaper #5 instead of the #2 I paid for so technically I am still owed over $1 back. NO...
