Where do I even start! I ordered over $20 in food. Got home and literally every item in my order was rock hard between the chicken patties, chicken stars, buns, soda not having any carbonation, and even the fries were cold. If it was one item it wouldn’t have been an issue, but every single item is just sad. I had called and tried to get it resolved. They told me they would write my name down, and I would get my food replaced. End of discussion. Well the next day I tried to come back and I get my order replaced, and I was told by the general manager Ariel, that he would not be replacing my order unless I brought my food back from the day prior. I had informed him the food was thrown away since it was from the day before. He told me there’s no way he would replace my order and he would only give me 50%off. How is this the customers fault when they weren’t even told to bring the food back? He flat out refused and gave attitude and gave me a hard time cutting me off while I tried to speak and explain myself. He blamed me for the girl taking the call only being 16 years old and not knowing better! I can’t understand how I’m at fault for that, but he continued to blame me for that. I kept telling him there was no food it was trashed, and he just continued to argue and not try to hear me out. Not one time did I get an apology for the food being inedible. Not one care of the customer AT ALL. He actually was putting the blame on me, and acted like I was to blame for my experience. I left feeling absolutely horrible and felt robbed of my money. This place needs to be responsible for their employees putting out UNSAFE food, cause I can’t imagine getting chicken that old could be healthy. At this point I don’t want anything but people to know to stay away from this place at all costs. Between the disgusting food, and absolutely horrible service by the general manager Ariel, it was just bad :( Please take my word for it. Go to another...
Read moreThis Carl's Jr is usually very quick and mistake-free, however the past couple of times I've went they seem to be either lacking an adequate number of employees, or have some freshly hired teenagers or first-time-job people. I placed a tiny, simple order through their app and set it so that I could just go through the drive-thru to pick it up, but it became an unnecessarily big ordeal. My order was for one 6-piece kid's meal, not even $5, but at the speaker they said that they could not see any online order under my name and to hang on, they'd get a manager. I waited for 5 minutes and when nobody came back to the speaker I pulled to the window. A very nervous but kind employee apologized and said that they did indeed see my order and to wait while they prepared it. Another 5 minutes later, finally done. I hate being one of those people, a Karen I suppose, but I have no desire to spend 15 minutes in an empty drive-thru for a lost, but just kidding it's not lost, miniscule kid's meal. I probably still will though, because my 4 year old loves chicken stars and will literally die if I tell her that they are no longer in her life. Just stop doing things that suck and start doing the good things that do NOT suck, alright?...
Read moreI know that the score is lowered today. I've been eating here 3 to 5 times a week 2 - 3 times a day. It's not like I walk in and leave a big mess when I leave. Last week, I lost track of time add some time around 10:05 p.m. what's on my way out the door and I had to use the bathroom. I asked permission from the night manager and she was gracious enough to say yes. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towels. One of the employees came in but promptly left. After 10 minutes or so I began calling the restaurant on my cell phone. They didn't answer the first three times and when they did answer they informed me that they were out of toilet paper. I suggested paper towels and napkins and they say they apologized but they were out of those items as well. I wont tell you how I solved that dilemma. What is it about a corporate owned store that humanity just doesn't seem to exist anymore? My wife and I love Carl's Jr. The store used to be full of compassion and joy. I hope and pray that they...
