East Coffee — Restaurant in Temecula

Used to be my favorite place. NOT ANYMORE. After one sip told the girl, my drink tastes all like milk and needed a shot or something. Said, i would have to pay for so then asked her to remake because i just paid $6 for a drink and i cant drink it. She said I would have to buy a new one. She claimed she made it perfect and its owners rules to not make a habit of remaking drinks. I was flabbergasted. I told her I have never been here and ever had to ask to remake a drink but it tastes only like milk. It was as if she was taking offense to her drink not being good. You can tell her coworkers thought she should've handled ot better but she definitely dominates that place wirh her condescending tone. I can't believe a young girl treats customers like that. Her attitude towards adults is wrong. I am literally done with that! Terrible service and rude staff at the Temecula Valley Hospital location. On November 8 2022 at around 10:25am i went in and immediately got weird looks when I entered from the two girls who were at the register talking amongst themselves. Ordered a regular coffee and the girl "accidentally" spilled hot coffee on me as she handed me my drink. Ive never had that happen before and she never even apologized nor said anything. Just awkward silence and they again just stared at me stranglyvand nobody even moved. Went to the counter to get napkins to clean the coffee from my hand and the cashier girl again just looked at me strangly. To make it worse the coffee tasted more like water than actual coffee. Not sure why they spilled it on me nor why they gave me weird looks but maybe I intruded on their conversation and they were clearly to busy. Will definitely be contacting the manager/owner after this review. Extremely disgusted by the whole visit. It was our 1st time trying this place since moving here. When a barista has to ASK what a quad shot is, there is already a problem. Forgot multiple things on my order. Overfilled the drink and I burned my hand in front of barista who didn’t even ask if I needed ice after. Completely forgot one drink and when I asked where it was he argued with me saying I needed to pay for it because it “wasn’t on the ticket”. Not my fault the order was taken wrong. For a $30 order that I generously tipped, wrong customer service choice. Not to mention the coffees all tasted watered down and coffees leaking, lids falling off, and cheap sleeves that were falling off when we got to car. One barista yelled loudly after everything in a smart Alec tone, “have a beautiful day!!” When we left. Will not be coming here again....
