Horrible service. I bought my daughter a raspberry filled donut, got home and realized there was no filling in the donut. I took a picture of it and went back to the donut shop to get another one. The lady owner would not give me a replacement because my daughter ate the donut. I told the lady you can’t tell if there’s no filling in it unless you eat half of it. She said I should have brought back the uneaten half, even though I showed her a picture. What was she going to do with the uneated half? Idiot lady charged me for a new donut. First of all, they screwed up by not filling the donut. Now she wanted to charge me for a new one as if I’m at fault somehow. As if I’m trying to get over on her. She has no clue about customer service. Instead of giving me a donut free which probably cost less than a nickel to make, now she’s lost my business forever and that nickel will cost her hundreds of dollars of my future business over time. This is a favorite donut shop of the Vintage Hills locals. Our neighborhood and neighbors have been going to Wendy's for years. The people who leave nasty reviews are taking minor things personal. This family works so hard to provide a service for it's neighbors.. Our college kids love Wendy's donut holes, and donuts! If you speak with the owners they are happy to connect, as English is not their first language. But they are always happy to see me, and ask about my family.

Two visits in a row, found out of code / spoiled chocolate milks in the refrigerator. Told the owner about this in late January that the milks were spoiled as of Dec / 2019. Gave her one to show her. Instead of thanking me for letting her know, she was irritated at me and grabbed the one milk I used to show her the dates. Returned on Feb. 15th - found the SAME spoiled milks still in the fridge. Told the same woman in charge and let her know that I will never shop at her bakery again. Who knows what other products that they are cooking with that...
