We ordered one large pizza and 24 wings paid via debit at 914 pm. Ramondo called back to let us know "computer timed out" and we would need to rerun the charge since no money came out. I told them I will pay cash to avoid duplicated charges because I am showing a charge from Barro's on my bank account and ended the phone call. When I further reviewed the charge that showed on my back account it showed 62 dollars was charged and not 52.. I called the store back and asked for a manager. I spoke to Brandon who told me there was nothing they can do and the charge was not coming out of the account however when I repeadly asked why the amount was different he gave no answer. I eventually asked for some sort of solution given that we just got charged 63 bucks. I was told to call my bank as to why there is a charge showing and their system is not showing one at all. When I asked to speak to his boss I was advised his name is Bruce and not available. I ended this with paying half off for my pizza and a 63 dollar charge that better come back on my card by the end of this week. When I arrived at the store to pickup my order I was showed a transaction list with our card being charged three times in there system with a "success" on one line showing a charge was going thru my account however the other two were not showing any notes. Very poor customer service and they didn't care. The night was ending and I'm sure our order was not how they wanted to end their night. Customer service goes a long way. Read moreCashier that took my order today 10/22/22 at 1:30 pm was very rude. I wish she would have gave me a receipt with my change to give you a name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag and didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and I expected it to be with my change, I didn’t check til I got back to work. Anyway every time I get her at front counter she just always has an attitude, very short with me and her facial expressions she makes looks like she’s not very happy to do her job. But then I noticed other customers that are not dark skin colored get treated nicer and she actually smiles and talks very nicely. I’m not the only one who feels this way and noticed as my coworkers who are not pale skin go to the Warner Tempe barros at different lunch time than I do and they also have the same experience with her. She’s known at our company as the Grinch because her facial expressions look just like the grinch when it comes to us ordering. Read moreWhere do I start ? We have been visiting Barros for about 20 years every year and every visit gets worse. This evening we came in to order a pizza to go. We specifically asked our cashier the length of time for the pizza to be prepared. She informed us that it should take any where from 15 to 20 minutes. We did let her know that we needed to be at our sons football game ASAP she assured us this should not be an issue. The pizza order was placed at 5:45pm we were still standing and waiting at 6:30. This was very disappointing since we asked and were assured. When we did receive the to-go pizza the pizza was undercooked and incredibly doughy and unfortunately not edible. It would have been better for her to inform us that they were not able to prepare our order than to give us false information. I would suggest going elsewhere for your pizza .
