Salad and Go — Restaurant in Tempe

Love this place. The Gilbert/Warner location was such a staple of my daily life when I lived in that neighborhood. $1 Cold Brew? Can't be beat. All their drinks are $1. Recently what I've been impressed with is their app. You should get the app. It makes it super easy to customize your own bowl or wrap. I've made some amazing items on the app. I do wish they served their breakfast items for for longer but this business is all about reducing expenses and passing the savings onto the consumer which is just a brilliant business model/marketing plan I'm baffled more companies don't advertise like they do. It seems so obvious to me. Anyway if there was a way they could offer breakfast longer without increasing costs to the consumer, I would be so happy. Super happy for their success and I hope they expand out of just AZ soon. I travel all over the US but AZ is still base camp. It's one of the places I miss the most when I leave AZ. Any way go here. Sadly, my husband and I will no longer be going to this location. It was so convenient for us to go and grab our salads in the morning on the way to work but the quality has gone downhill.

I have often received lettuce that is not only wilted, but is black and slimy, tomatoes that are overly mushy, and hard to find chicken when I’ve ordered chicken. The size of the salad has also diminished yet the prices went up.

It’s too bad because we really did enjoy the salads and with summer coming, we now have to find an alternative for lunch.

Staff members are always so polite when placing the order, but the quality has gone down so much that I and other coworkers are no longer frequenting this location.

Looking at other reviews I see that we are told to contact your website, but honestly, I have talked to the people in person and nothing has changed.

Get your act together, because eventually people are going to come up with another business like yours and you will no longer be...

I love Salad and Go and have been to many locations through out the Valley and I have to say this is the most unfriendly and inconsistent of them all. I live less than 5 mins from this one and intentionally go out of my way to the Rual and Broadway one. When this store first opened, the employees were nice and the food was excellent but over the last couple months the service and food has gotten increasingly worse. My wraps are often just a mashed up soggy tortilla in foil. The employees at the online pick up window will just open the window at stare at you without saying a word. I awkwardly ask for me food and still without saying anything, they hand you work bag and walk away. I’ve had this happen on multiple occasions (it’s usually around the same time of day 10-1ish). There is no way to contact the store directly so I hope someone sees this and is able to help out with...
