Presotea Tampa — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Ordered my drink at 10:23, was a little busy maybe another 3 customers in front of me. I went and checked on my order after about 15mins and the cashier told me it'll be a moment, I said ok. About another 20mins pass and several customers that ordered after me get their drinks. At this point I knew my order was forgotten about. I approach the cashier again to remind her of my order and she says ok I'm about to work on that... Yeeaaa I've already been waiting 30mins+ for this drink so at this point I just wanted a refund. You'd think that'd be simple enough but I had to wait about another 5mins on that. So now I'm leaving this place with no drink and a pocket full of coins cause my refund couldn't go back on my card. I was JUST telling my husband I needed a new boba stop since I've been to pretty much every boba place in Tampa. I still love my usual spots, but I needed some new variety. Just my luck: this gem had a grand opening Saturday! I haven't been to a Presotea location before. We went today and it was delicious! 😋 The ambience was very cute and relaxing! The tea choices were unique and customizable. I was very excited to see multiple caffeine-free options. I had the strawberry tea without the passion fruit puree and it was delicious! The flavor was sweet, but not overpowering. It was actually very refreshing! The fresh oranges in the cup complimented the strawberry flavor well. The boba texture and flavor was on point. The customer service was great - very friendly staff. We will be back...

Oh my gosh! I meant to leave review earlier but weekend got away. My son and I are Boba Tea junkies. We will drive miles for good Boba. We often like to go late at night and that's how we found this shop. This place is 100✨ sooooooo good. Boba was so fresh and delicious. Not like other places where boba is hard and milk teas are made from powder. You know what I'm talking about. We went late Friday night and we drove from Hernando. I hope you don't change your late night hours. Huge plus. Such an awesome menu so many options and sooooo good. Cheyenne (hope I spelled right) was so friendly and welcoming. Exceptional.
