Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe - Tampa — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I came in a couple of nights ago and asked them to give me a few things to try and when I tell you I was impressed I mean it with every ounce of my soul!!!

I do not like icecream but they have reignited my palette with the mango icecream it was smooth creamy and had fruity pebbles topped with a mini cone 🤍 literal perfection!

I also tried the Beirut which was fruity refreshing and topped with a fresh and savory qashta (fresh cream curds) garnished with almonds and honey!!!

Then I tried a fruity soda drink which came with cotton candy and peach rings the aesthetic was amazing! I felt like a kiddo again :)

I finished off with a pistachio and chocolate drizzled waffle! Presentation was excellent with a variety of fruits along side the fluffiest waffle I’ve had a in a while!

Ambience and energy upon entering the place was very classy and great vibes!

Can’t wait to come to the grand opening!

It’s May 9th-11th do not miss it!

The girl behind the counter is very ride and shouldn't work in hospitality serving people.. I went on 09/09 Tuesday around 11 pm, 1st I ordered the lotus crepe and I asked for extra white chocolate and that I'll pay for it (it comes with it anyway),, she brought it out without any white chocolate I had to go back and tell her .. in the same time my wife ordered a waffle; the waffle came like 10-15 mins after the crepe was brought out... and it was super cold.. We went inside to ask her if she can warm it up and her reply was "thats how we make it" ... you make the waffle cold? (Maybe ypu need beter training) That means you guys just premake it and leave it in the fridge or something! I went to other locations in nyc and they are way better than the tampa location... the only good thing was the decor. Save your money and stay away from...

I've gone to this location twice now and both times there were two employees there (assuming one is the manager), and with multiple people waiting, one employee did absolutely nothing while the other took her time to make all of the waiting guests food.

In addition to that, during my most recent visit (today), the girl working the food prep counter (while preparing my food) stepped out from behind the counter and took people's dirty dishes from the top of the trash can to behind the counter. Why do I mention this? She then failed to change her gloves while continuing to prepare my food. I had to ask her to change her gloves because she touched dirty dishes, otherwise she would have continued preparing my food with dirty gloves.
