FYI: THIS A PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE this location is currently selling food products that should be discarded due to a freezer malfunction! The current GM HANNAH has made the decision to sell chicken nuggets and other food products that we're not kept at the proper temperatures rather than discard them and be out of the product till the new delivery comes in tomorrow (7/12/2022). PLEASE use CAUTION if you choose this restaurant today (7/11/2022). Food is hit or miss same with service, its mcdonalds ppl; the aggravating thing is hours say 1:00am but they close at 11:00pm. I miss the McDonald's I grew up with. The food just isn't as good as it was before everyone went health conscience. Now all the play grounds are gone and the food is still hit or miss.This McDonald's is usually a miss. People if your that health conscience don't go to fast food. Cook at home, hit a gym don't make an American icon taste like bland dirt. I cringe everytime my kids ask for McDonald's. UPDATE Still hit or miss on the food, posted hours have been updated, the manager on nights Bessy is trying to kill her employees. I understand being constantly busy but crew members still need their breaks. With at least four workers in the building why has no one, especially a first day new hire, gotten a break and about to fall into the fry station? If you can't handle her job for 30 minutes plus yours maybe you should reconsider management. Any fast food manager should be able to handle at minimum two positions at a time that's why your in management. You can handle more than crew. Read moreThought I was going to pull through quickly with my mobile order.. WRONG. After sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with still 3 cars ahead of my, I pulled out of line to go in and get my order that has already been confirmed over the speaker. Front register girl comes over and I explained that I came in to get my order because the line was was moving. The girl tells me I can't get my order because they have to be made in order. Like, she can't go over and get my order - a 6 pc nugget and $5 mcdouble meal. So, then I asked if she would ask the guy expediting if he had pulled the order yet. She stands there like in speaking Arabic and starts serving the people that walked up behind me. I asked her if she could ask about my meal first and again, she looks confused and says/does NOTHING. I said, ok, so you didn't want to ask about my meal - that's fine I'll do it ..I shout out to the guy asking about my mobile order, he comes over to see what my order is - finds it and bags it up. When handing out over he says I didn't have to be hateful. I responded, sir, I'm not being hateful, I've been in the drive thru the 13 minutes and I just wanted to get my order.

Today, I placed an order on the app, selected what spot I was park in and it said there was an error. I get that happens so I went inside and tried to resolve the issue.
I stood at the empty counter for 7 minutes while employees were on their phones or not doing anything. They would look and quick look away and continue not doing anything. Someone finally came up and I explained the issue so she got the magnet to assist.
The manager comes up and has an attitude. He manually punched the order in and I went on my way. I checked the when order when I got back to my truck. There were two items missing…I went back in and told the manager what was going on. He threw a fit and tried arguing with me.
It was pretty cut and dry that he put the order in wrong but refused to admit it. He finally fixed one of the two items and I left.
“Fast food” shouldn’t take a literal half hour just to pick up an order. The fact that I rarely go to these places and 90% of the time time I HAVE to double check they did their job is mind...
