I waited for about 30 min for a personal sized pizza that was supposed to be meat lovers but was a supreme. The girl with pink hair tried to tell me that a meat lovers has mushrooms on it but after she looked in the system she saw she ordered the supreme and not the meat lovers I asked for.
Then the same girl talked back to what seemed to be the manager of the store in front of me with the window open ( I was in the drive through). He had to deal with her disrespect but he didn’t know that the window was open (which I don’t fault him for).
Their system was messing up and I waited in the drive through for one hour before going into the parking lot, parking, and standing in the building with the other 6 people that have waited for the food. But here’s the kicker. There was a man with medium long length hair wearing a hat with no hair net. He was also applying the topings to the dough with his hands and no gloves. I got another customer to verify if I was just seeing things but he confirmed the boy wasn’t wearing gloves.
I left shortly after without the pizza I ordered and after waiting over an hour. I waisted gas and ended up throwing away the wrongly ordered pizza after seeing that….and that I saw the girl with pink hair cough over a pizza she was putting in a box. Anyways I ended up getting a kids meal from bushes chicken….and that only took 5 minutes including the time it took for me to pay.
I don’t fault them for their system being crap. But cleanliness is non negotiable. There were no gloves worn, no masks worn, no hairnets. I would ask for a refund but she didn’t even give me my receipt but I can show the charge in my account if needed. I will be calling the health department as well. Only reason there’s a 5 star is due to the manager working hard to make loads of pizzas with a broken ordering system. He was kind and apologized for the wait and did the best that he could making pizzas with one other worker because nobody know where that rude girl went after exclaiming that she needed to go the bathroom rudely again with the window open and in...
   Read moreYesterday, I arrived to pick up my order and waited in the drive-up line for 10 minutes because the employees didn't tell the truck that was blocking the window to drive around since their order wasn't ready. Then, after those 10 minutes the truck leaves and I pull up to the window and when they look up my order they realized they messed up my order and had me park and wait for another 15 minutes while they remade my order.
So the 10 minutes in line that I couldn't get out because there were cars behind me, followed by another 15 minutes for the remake. So almost 30 minutes of time wasted just to get my pizza. Definitely uncalled for and unecessary.
The window employees have a lack attention to realize that there's a line of cars waiting and should have made the truck pull around while their order was finished vice letting them sit there blocking the window for 10 minutes and a line of cars behind him. Also, the employee making the orders should pay more attention to the orders coming in especially because it was a simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It's costing y'all money to remake a pizza that most likely got thrown out and it's a waste of the customers time. Almost 30 mins wasted and all I got was a quick "I'm sorry" and then he went back inside. At a minimum they could've given me the messed up pizza or a coupon for next time, something for the inconvenience.

I not too long ago ordered pizza and wings for delivery. I waited past the recommended time said on the app. Then got a bit worried because I never got a ring at the door. I called pizza hut they said it should have been delivered a while ago. That's when I knew I should go to the store to resolve the issue. Boom! A cold pizza laying on the ground with no wings in sight. I got no ring at the door bell and I never opted for curbside delivery. I headed down to the pizza hut to complain of course and get my wings and the manager working that night said she will give me store credit, write my name down, apologized and all. I felt it was fair so I complied and left. I come back to redeem this store credit and the manager Johnathan tells me he can't help me because the lady has quit sence then. That all i can do now is call corporate. Take this as a warning! They don't hold to their word, and he didn't give me much of any options at all. Just a smile and a goodbye.
