This is the worst store I've experienced. I am a former manager of large scale retail and dining establishments. As a certified food safety manager through Serv safe and a customer service visionary with excellent reviews I simply cannot fathom the gall, the absurdity of this establishment and the employees. No employees(7) were wearing proper hair restraints, one had in airpods, none were in full uniform, no nametags, and multiple were handling food and surfaces incorrectly. Leaning against a counter you will prep food on is gross. Sanitize it and then wash your hands. Put on new gloves. That is a failing health score. The drive through is closed randomly due to "not enough staff," yet there are enough that the manager is sitting in the office, people are leaning on counters not working and you have a single cashier that is clearly learning the ropes. From a management standpoint this place is an atrocity. As I ordered two employees and a manager had to take my order and still couldn't figure out how to process the app. The manager mumbled she didn't know, although if she is the manager I would fire her. She was unkempt, laissez-faire, and cared not one iota about the customers or the work. Instead she was focused on the random human that appeared asking her if she just wanted her to get her card to pay for something. Not in uniform that person stepped onto the work floor. Additionally the manager then was needed for a thumb or a code for security measures. I paid with a 50, but lo and behold....the unauthorized new cashier had the needed code. That is a huge security issue and risky business decision. The audacity alone to go sit down while others are doing at least the bare minimum. You may not be Chick FIL a but you are so much better than this McDonald's culture. HMU when you want to fix this garbage. I'm certified and ready.
Update: waiting on an improvement. Seems like they are at least putting forth some effort. Name tags are improving and uniforms as well. Hoping to see a positive improvement on airpods and store...
Read moreI placed a mobile order. When I went inside to pick it up, I was informed they no longer served the family pack of nuggets. Mind you, I ordered using the Wendy's app, not a. 3rd party app. I asked if they had nuggets. They said yes. I asked why they wouldn't make them for me. She said they don't serve the family pack. I said give me 5 orders of 10 piece nuggets then to replace it. She said no and that I would have to go through the app to get a refund. Customer service at Wendy's is only available M-F 8am-8pm EST. She offered to let me place a new order for the 10 piece nuggets but the cost would have been drastically higher then what I paid. I had already purchased what I wanted and paid for it. Why would I turn around and pay for it again? So, no dinner for this hard working truck driver. Thanks for nothing Wendy's. It's not like I can stop just anywhere for food. I choose to eat here, but I won't choose to again. Even if I'm starving and have no other options. Rude employees, false advertisement, and refusal to give customers what they ordered.
Revised review: I contacted Wendy's customer service and they refused to give me a refund. I guess this is the last time I eat at Wendy's. They got over $25 of my money and I got nothing. This is unfortunate because they have the best fries...
Read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND, WORTH THE DRIVE TO VILLA RICA. Went to this wendys for the last time today. I eat here everyday, sometimes twice a day but this location has lost my family's business. With the exception of a few ladies, everyone one here is incompetent and rude. Today around 1-130 Drive thrU lady didn't know what she was doing ON THE register, and when I asked about fries I was owed for some sucky ones I had gotten a few nights ago and the manager then said she wrote my name down and i could come get more, MR Craig? Or Mr Greg? the " manager' today, Whatever his name was asking why I was holding up his drive through and didn't give me the fries. Your cashier was holding up your drive through SIR! Your customer service is horrible. If you can't handle fast food why are you working there? Also my app hasn't scanned in days at this location, giving me offers I apparently can not use.
