The winery itself was amazing. We truly enjoyed the wine and food; however, the service was absolutely horrendous. I believe our servers name was Eric, the company may want to rethink his position in customer service. He barely spoke to our group of 6, poured the first three wines and walked away without saying a word. He finally came back to pour the last wine (a white wine) our group tasted it and it smelt off. We politely asked our server, Eric in the kindest way possible if there was anything wrong with the wine, we are no experts, so we are relying on him to tell us if the wine is exactly how itโs intended to be or if perhaps something may be off (it happens). Eric went to check on it, came back and confirmed the wine was bad, he said it may have been open too long with an increase of sulfur which causes a different smell and taste. Upon confirming our assumptions of the wine not being its best, he only repoured the individual in our group that brought up the issue. He did NOT repour anyone elseโs glass โ so no one else got to taste the better vision of the last tasting. We were extremely disappointed in the service. Weโre not petty customers we still tipped him very well and even bought 5 bottles of wine, however the lack of good customer service was not lost on us. I hope that Niner evaluates its customer-facing employees to ensure theyโre providing the best customer experience that matches the quality...

We waited eagerly to return after the reopening. So sorry to say that we were very disappointed. I hope the management would take our feedbacks from a sincere customer.
We will not be in any hurry to return until it returns to its previous...
ย ย ย Read moreHad party number changed for our reservation and the establishment was very accommodating. Not a huge fan of chardonnay but today wine tasting which included a 2018 and 2019 chard were both very tasty. The imported Italian olives sprinkled with fennel pollen with meaty, briney and all around delicious. Our first course a carrot, fennel and quince was complex and paired well with the Chardonnay. Second course, a charcuterie board, served with slices of sourdough focaccia which was one of the stars of the meal. (We bought a loaf of said bread to eat later). Third course was a pork chop steak with beans which was a combination I did not fully understand at first but is delicious all the same. The pumpkin spoon cake with pecans and vanilla ice cream. Food and wine was good and service was really good and came in a timely manner. Shout...
