Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tennessee

I ordered an NFL Broncos ice cream cake for my son's birthday party. Upon picking up the cake, the cake was not the NFL Broncos colors nor was "Happy Birthday" written on it as specified. I spoke to the store manager, Robert who offered me a refund of half of what I had paid for the cake but I had to pick it up the next day. The next day I called to let them know I was on my way to collect my refund but was told the owner would not give me a refund but would give me free ice cream instead. This was not the agreement I reached with the store manager(Robert) and they've ruined my son's party. I could have at least used half the refund to purchase another cake. The kicker is, they didn't even offer to correct the cake they messed up. This Baskin Robbins has ruined the integrity of the chain and niether me nor my company will purchase...

Many visits to this Great place, and close to home. Today 7/10 I was in line at 9:50 PM EST and was told by a young man who came out that if I was at the order window before 10:00 PM EST they would take my order. I was at the order window by 9:58 pm EST and the individual taking orders told me my clock says 10:01 PM EST so I can not take your order. The clock on in my car is set up correctly. When a business sets a time, it should stick to it and no one who's already on the order window should be turned back. My husband and I visited Friday, April 9th around 9:00 p.m. We came inside to order and eat. Both of us ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup. When I sat down and ate approximately three bites of my ice cream, I discovered a long black hair in my cup. I took it to the counter and they called Allison and told her that her hair was in my ice cream. She said nothing and then left. No one in the facility was wearing hair nets. I did witness Allison's hair hitting the top of the ice cream containers every time she reached in to get scoops. I think I will visit the Cleveland location...
