This was my first time at firehouse subs ever. Went with my fiance who has been before. Waited 20-25 minutes for our food which was not even hot. I understand they were busy, but the staff wasn't nice at all. They had no emotion or expression. My fiance witnessed them pointing and laughing at me, making fun of me. This is not OK. I know we dress different and everyone else in there was dressed more conservatively, and I know I do look different as I do wear vintage 1980s Silhouette glasses that are large. But it is NEVER okay to point and laugh at someone you don't even know. I feel sorry for the employees that their fashion knowledge doesn't extend further than the local mall. But that really doesnt matter. I feel more sorry for them that they would make fun of customers. I feel sorry for them that they missed out on an opportunity to be kind. I have tried my whole life to be a nice person, but have been realizing that most people are not nice at all, and it is starting to take its toll on me. We weren't wearing anything that we think people would find offensive. I will be eating other places from now on where I will be treated like a human being. If I ever go to Firehouse Subs again, it will not be...
Read moreSee most of the previous comments. I've eaten at this location multiple times and always fully satisfied. However, tonight was awful. No greeting, uninformed worker at the register that didn't know the difference between redeeming reward points and earning them, unusually long wait for the sandwich (not busy, walked straight to register and ordered with no wait), received a large Italian with only three slices of salami on it, no concern when I returned it to the counter for correction, another excessive wait to get a sandwich that they added one slice of pepperoni and a little ham to, and finally had to go ask for the adult supervision. From my perspective, not the first line worker there tonight ever received any training or flat out, just doesn't care. I've visited many FH locations through the years and this was absolutely the worst ever. If this is the new standard, I'll be locating new new sandwich shop...

My family placed an online order here not knowing the place closed just as we did so and it went through and we came to pick up only to find out we’d just missed the time. When we tried to contact the store and get our order fixed since we couldn’t get it and get refunded they refused to answer phones and when I personally went to the storefront to try and let someone know they stared at me through the glass like I was stupid. They continued to argue with me through the glass and imitate sarcasm and ignored my attempts to let them know we had a simple issue needing fixed. Maybe it’s just night shift but if they were my employees they’d be gettin a NO shift and be retrained on customer service.
