Stopped by on 3/24/25 at around 10:30a, after working a flight. I visit this location often and this is the worst experience I've had there. The employee working needs coaching in customer service.
When I approached the counter, a young lady (I did not get her name) was frosting rolls that had just came out of the oven. I stood there for a while waiting for her to finish. She never looked around to see if she had any customers, so I finally said, "Hello." She responded, "Just a minute", and continued to casually frost the rolls.
Once she came to the register, she just stood there and didn't say anything. I said, "Good morning", and she just stared at me. At this point, I was ready to walk away without placing an order, but I wanted coffee and a Cinnabon. After I paid, I realized I forgot to order extra icing, so I asked her for one.
She sighed and hunched her shoulders as if she was annoyed by my request. I apologized and said I didn't think about it until I saw them sitting on the counter.
She said it was too late because she had completed the transaction. I told her that it was fine, I did not have a problem with paying for it separately. She went on to tell me how the machine is not able to ring up extra icing without purchasing a product. I told her that was interesting, because I have requested separate icing there before and it was handled with no issues. I expressed that it was weird and she agreed.
This young lady seemed bothered the entire time and like she didn't want to be there. She did not offer a solution or ask if I wanted to purchase anything else.Her body language and tone were not welcoming..
I have interacted with other employees at the location and they were pleasant. She was nit. Her customer service skills are poor and I hope they improve in the future. For now if I see her there I will just ...

I first had to wait for the worker to first see me, and then as soon as she saw me she had to start and finish a convo with the other employee about what's in the freezer. Then I placed my order to receive cold, hard cinnamon rolls bites. I ate one and decided I was going back to ger my money back or to get new ones. I was very polite, as I always am, and told a different employee what my issue was. Luckely there were fresh minis coming out of the oven so she "made an exception " and made me new ones But instead of a full order she made it with one missing for the nasty one I already ate. In any other food business they would make your order fresh and whole to make it right for the first/customer. I will never be giving any Cinnoabon my business again. This...
Read moreThis was a horrible airport, the restaurants are few and far between it's so limited there's absolutely nothing here to eat so we went to Cinnabon because it was pretty much our only option and the girl behind the counter her name is Allie extremely rude, had to attitude problem the entire time, we asked for her to please heat it up because it was cold and she THREW it in the microwave for 10 seconds seconds and then SLID it across the the counter at my wife like garbage, we asked for a refund and the manager made excuses for her attitude problem stating " they have been here since 3am" how are we SUPPOSED to know she's had a bad day and been up since 3am. Customer service should not work that way, he should have apologized for her behavior and immediately given us a refund without any excuses!!!...
