Ruby Tuesday — Restaurant in Tennessee

First off let me say what a shame. I coould not have been more disappointing. We sat down at the bar and our "server" elizabeth 614 was so rude. The way she sloke and greeted was as she was having a bad day. She would make snarky remarks. We asked for a food menu as our intent was to have a few beers and food. As we sat at the bar and elizabeth was making drinks by the food window, there was little black fruit flys and bags flying out everytime she lifted a bottle of alchol. You can tell it has not been cleaned well in a while. The whole front of the house looked disgusting so we couldnt imagine how the back looked. We advised elizabeth we decided not to eat (we did not mention why) and eith 1 hand so grab both our paper menus, huffed, and crickled them in a ball and threw them away with out even any response when we told her. Jer demeanor and agression was so off putting. When we went to pay, i even asked her "hows your day going" and all she said was "ugh, its going" i then advised "well i can tell you having a bad day, but i feel like you took it out on us as your customers so based in that there is no way i can even tip for those 2 beers. Elizabeth then procedured to say "you can take your card out (of the handheld reader) and walked away, she did not apologize or even acknowledge that we had a horrible experiance. Normally I don't do reviews, but this location is horrible especially that is close to the Knoxville airport. When you come in, they don't even have a hostess so you have wait forever, a server pass by you and tell you someone will be with you (BTW that lady is on the phone the entire time of our visit, wrapping silverware on a table) and the hostess is the bartender. Because she is so busy doing everything takes forever to get sometime. I saw a manager "Tim"(I saw an employee trying to help someone on the phone and he told him that he doesn't have time to look in Google) he just walks around drinking soda and does not help at all, the sad part during our visit you can tell is two people from (6/10/2023 around 5 to 7 PM) corporate guys in there helping in the kitchen but don't see the reality of what is going on with this location. We saw our food in the line, and it was sitting there for over 10 minutes before it got to us. They had chipped glasses one of us cut their lip because of that. The aspect of the place is horrible, one of the kitchen doors is even missing a glass where the employees go in. The salad bar is disgusting you can tell the food has been sitting there for a long time without any rotation. The shame part is the corporate office is in Knoxville with that all the location should be a gem of the company. I paid $10 for this “sandwich” I mean come on, at least give me adequate amounts of lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise

UPDATE: here again and thought I’d give another try. I ordered the fish and chips. The service was subpar. I understand the shift change I was walking int at 4:30ish. Waited anbout 10 mins to be aneated. I understand that it happens. I ordered the fish and chips. almost $14.) I also ordered a drink with lime and a water with it too.Had to ask again for lines. The lime were kinda dried out and old but at least I got them on the second request. . I was not offered any silverware or napkins. The fish was over cooked. One piece was tiny. The fries were not fresh. I had to ask another table for their ketchup. I fly out monthly or more and now know to just eat before I get here. Not sure what has happened in the last month or so but it’s not a good change, that’s for sure. Also, I was charged for 2 mixers for a double shot. It was a short which I find weird that I would be charged f or something I didn’t receive.
