Señor Cactus — Restaurant in Tennessee

I rarely leave negative reviews but this was the most unprofessional, truly unbelievable and rude experience I’ve ever encountered....So what happened?

After working 12 hours this Friday, I got home and wanted to eat. I thought since Senor Cactus was open for another hour and 30 minutes and close by, I’d call in take out. I called 3 times with no answer! 3! I thought that was strange....Maybe their phone was messed up so I drove there. I walk in and it’s completely dead with numerous employees talking and goofing off. For whatever reason it took a minute or two for the hostess to greet me so I figured I’d call them again to see if I could hear it bc I saw the phone on the hook out front. I called and kid you not, it’s one of the loudest ringers I’ve ever heard. When hostess gets behind the counter I asked if their phone was messed and she replied no, and I told her I called 3 times with no answer, and while she is responding, the bartender hits play on his phone/device to massive standup speaker and let’s it blare for 5-20 seconds. Naturally, I look over to him and he and his buddy at the bar are staring back at me and whispering back and forth. Then the buddy turns around and now both them are looking at me. So I again turn my attention to the hostess and the bartender walks over and starts fondling her from behind for 5-7 seconds and they start conversing in Spanish again. He walks off laughing and I ask her if that was her boyfriend bc of the wildly erotic showing that took place and she says no.... I finally get my order in and She tells me 10 minutes and walks off. As you can imagine, I’m VERY frustrated but thought whatever, I just need to get home and eat. So after checking my phone, I look up and the 2 guys in the kitchen are shouting and screaming acting just purely crazy. I pan over to the bar and now several employees are looking at me and talking about who knows what. At that point, I said this was BS AND LEFT! We actually came in here on accident we wanted to get pizza at the pizza place but we wanted to sit down somewhere and they are only doing carryout now so since it was in the same little strip mall we walked down and and ate there normally I would expect the menu real closely unfortunately I had left my reading glasses at home and I could not read the menu haha and my wife is Vietnamese and cannot explain English very well but many of them I asked her if she had tamale and chicken enchilada with rice and beans and cheese brought me that and it was wonderful the sauce was spot on. We also had the Mexican style shrimp cocktail everything was wonderful I had a margarita and the only reason I didn't give us five star frozen margarita he wasn't listening very well or maybe she didn't understand me but she tried to give good service probably based on food atmosphere friendliness it probably deserves a five-star actually but the food was outstanding I will...

After taking our kids to the park a mile down the road. The family and I stopped in for a ealry dinner about 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Thought it might be a little busy or starting to. When we got there then wasn't anyone else there. Which I thought was good because we would get fast quick service. Unfortunately ☹️ that was not the case. The waitress was polite, but very slow with Everything. Waited forever to get refills on drink several times, Also I would avoid the guacamole dip. Very small side dish is their appetizer. Which is a bummer because every Mexican restaurant we go to we try their guacamole dip. Overall the food was good, the service was so slow that Senor Cactus can only go 3...
