Worst customer service EVER!!!!! In the past I've never had an issue with picking up my order in a timely manner. A few weeks ago I started back frequenting Supreme. I visited on a Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday. Each time I called in my order. Each time I had to wait at least 45 minutes before I could recieve my food from a call in order! First time I asked why did I have to call my order in be told to wait 20 minutes before my order would be ready. Then wait another 20 to 25 minute in the restaurant before my order was ready!? I was told Friday's are very busy and I had to wait an hour for my food. I went on a Tuesday and there was no one in the restaurant except this one guy who actually was checking out. It still took 45 min before I could receive my order. I asked why another 45 min on a call in this time. I was told they had a 70 piece order earlier that day. I was like what!? How in the world can one 70 piece order earlier in the day effect me not getting my food!? A 30 piece wing? I went back for more abuse on a Saturday. I said this is it. 3 strikes and you're out if I continue to get this same bad service. I called in my order again. Gave them 30 min before I arrived for my order. I walked to the door and at 9:40pm on a Saturday the door was locked. No one would let me in. People where inside picking up orders but I couldn't get in. I knocked on the door and the lady working the register just looked at me and ignored me. I called the store while still waiting outside and the voicemail picked up stating Supreme Hot Wings was closed. Finally the lady working the register opened the door to let someone else out. I stopped her and asked why wouldn't you let me inside and why did you just ignore me standing at the door!? She told me she had to ask her boss for permission to let me inside cause they were closed. I asked what time do you close and she said at 10pm. It was 9:44pm on Saturday to be exact. I checked my watch in front of her. The sign in the window showing the opperating hours clearly stated they close at 10:30. Even if they closed at 10 it was still 9:44pm and I had a call in that should have been ready. To leave a customer standing at the door for over 5 min and not even acknowledging this person says a lot about this particular business and management working at Supreme Hot Wings. To have a customer wait 45 minutes on a call in order on multiple occasions. Even when there was no one in the restaurant shows how management cares about their customers and the type of service offered. Each time I had to wait 45 min on an order. I noticed they called out the name I used for the order to the cooks in the back. I asked if you guys are just now cooking my order and I was told no. I believe they will not cook a call in order until you actually arrive onsite and pay. This is the type of service you can expect at Supreme Hot Wings on...
Read moreFirst let me start by saying Iâve been going to Supreme since 2014. They definitely have had hit or miss moments over the years, but for the most part the wings are consistently good. The service can also be hit or miss, but nothing too bad..until last night. I always request a side of sauce when I order from them and since the online way of ordering has come about, Iâve always had to make that request by writing it in the special instructions portion of the order because there is NO OPTION on the menu for this request and itâs never been an issue. However, when I go to pick up my order totaling about $80 which was already paid online, I was told I had to pay an extra $2 for the sauce I ordered. Iâm not one to gripe about price and will pay for what I want, but I didnât have my purse and wallet as I mentioned the order had already been prepaid. For such a large order and considering they knew the order was online and prepaid why not just let me have it? It was such a disappointment considering my family patronizes this business on a weekly basis and Iâm positive the manager was present and could have made that decision but blatantly chose to be petty about sauce of all things. Not to mention they notoriously upcharge us for âall flatsâ and still give us mixed and we NEVER have complained! Word of advice to management: if youâre going to stand so firmly on your upcharge for sauce on the side, please update your menu to reflect this an option with your wing customizations. Also keep in mind there are wing shops around every corner, particularly in the area youâre located so making your loyal customers feel devalued over $2 may not be the best route to take. Edit: I stand corrected, the option is online under âside itemsâ as opposed to part of the customized wing options. Who would think to look there if youâre not ordering an additional side? Anywho, my review still stands as with an $80 order for a loyal customer I still feel it was bad...
Read moreI would like give a 5, but cannot for the following reasons. Went today (Monday), and ordered 10 wings with veg. Got half seasoned, half mild. They break down whole wings so the flat side still has the wing tip (not a bad thing). They fry them in peanut oil, so the crisp and flavor on the wings are really good. Their seasoning is really good, although simple (tasted like salt, pepper and garlic only, heavy on the salt). The mild wings had a lot of flavor, and were tangy, but hotter than most "mild" wings. I like spice, hotter the better, but my system cannot take super hot stuff any more and I will suffer later from the "mild" sauce (shouldn't have as much hot sauce, more vinegar and a little sugar....my opinion). The rest was standard. Prepackaged dip sauce, 4 each carrot and celery sticks, and a standard dinner roll for around 9 bucks. Satisfied my craving. I...
