A lot of people behind the counter running around like their hair was on fire, yet slow to deliver a venti coffee and croissant. I guess focus was on the drive through and not the in store customers. At least 5 people standing around waiting a long time for their orders. Also, I really can't stand the fact that there isn't sugar or cream out to make my own coffee - I like it a certain way and they can never get it right. Yeah, I know this was a covid thing but time to go back to at least letting me put my own sugar in. Coffee was good but the food was mediocre at best. Read moreI love this location. I drink lots of coffee and have visited most of the locations in my area as well as many others across the country. The baristas are friendly and they work their tails off to please their customers. That's why I was surprised and very disappointed when I learned this morning that my favorite barista Ally had been fired for being late? Perhaps there's more to it than that but it has been obvious that she works harder than most food or coffee service employees in any place that I've ever been. Read moreThe coffee was heavy on the syrup. As a pick-up order, it was on time but not complete as I had to go back to receive what I had already paid for. When I went back, I was met with friction even when I showed proof on my receipt. It's a shame that Starbucks customer service is now trying to make a customer feel bad for asking what I had already paid for. I was afraid to even ask for them to remake my coffee. So, I just threw it away in the trash can on my way out. It was a $12 waste of money and I would not recommend this Starbucks...
