Get the point! I drove a little faster than usual to get to my local BK in Lakeland because I knew they close11pm. I roll up at the drive through at 10:52 pm and the person inside says, we are closed. I'm like, did you guys run out of food or something break down? No sir, we just closed a little early this time. I just said, OK and headed over to Wendy's. After that, I decided to call corporate because I was thinking they may want to know this. Who knows, the next time someone rolls up at 10:45 or 10:40pm they close early again! The point here is, the earlier they close, the more people will "assume" they will close earlier than advertised and their business will clearly drop off dramatically. Next thing you know, No Burger King in my neighborhood. So, I'm telling this same story and voicing my concerns to someone at corporate and the sweet lady on the phone says, I am so sorry that happened, they should have taken your order. I will make sure a district manager will be contacting you soon. Two weeks go by and crickets. So I just called and let another v/m with corporate and let them know how doubly concerned because it's seems apparent to me that the people at Burger King just don't care about their customers. Needless to say, they lost my business!! ...
Read moreI did a mobile order on 09/26/20. We waited 2 minutes before the person came on the intercom and said “Go ahead!” We informed her that we had mobile orders and was told to pull forward. It was 3 cars in front of us but they got their food quickly and left. We get to the window and received our drinks and ice cream from a female and noticed the male behind her not wearing his mask properly. We then waited almost 10 minutes at the window for a chicken sandwich combo and nugget kids meal. By this time the ice cream had started melting. We also witnessed the male eat one of the chicken nuggets. I checked the bag to ensure we had everything and noticed they had forgotten the Sweet & Sour Sauce. When we asked the female for it nicely, she huffed and puffed as if we were getting on her nerves before she gave us the sauce. Once home I unwrapped the chicken sandwich to find it burnt. I took 2 bites and threw it away. On a positive note the onion rings were hot...
Read moreI suppose that I shouldn't have went too close to closing time. There were no cars in line but mine, yet I still had to wait for my food. I literally live down the street and got home and my fries weren't even fresh nor hot. Therefore, I am not sure what I was actually waiting on at the drive-thru window. Honestly, it was the second location that I drove to because the one in Cordova stated open until midnight too on Google maps, but there were no workers or cars in sight. I figured this location would be no different because anytime that I have gone at night after 10, they stated they were closed through the intercom. I ordered a whopper combo and had to microwave my whole meal once I got home and saw that it was not hot. This visit won't deter me from doing future business, I just will make sure I don't go too late, although it said open...
