Usually we get much better service but tonight 4 kids working the counter. One on cell phone had to finish his text as he stood in front of me before he looked up to get my order. Three others stood there, none offering to take my husband's order. The single female behind the counter had her hoodie hanging from one shoulder, disheveled and not bothering to improve her appearance. She laughed and talked to the others the whole time we were there... Even interrupting the one young man who was serving us until he stopped working on the order to turn around and talk to her. Another boy was completing a drive through order. He didn't know how to complete the order and he and the girl began laughing as he fell onto the mixing equipment. The one taking our order did not count the money given to him and gave us the wrong change. He couldn't figure out the problem so my husband had to explain to him how to fix his error. It is snowing. We were the only car in the parking lot. Two in the drive-thru. Yet these 4 couldn't serve the few customers that they had without appearing extremely unprofessional in many ways. Read moreDrove passed DQ due to the long line, came here only to be completely flabbergasted of how rude my drive thru person was. There were less than half of the line, seemed perfect. We were rushed, the lady was RUDE & Extremely dismissive of our order, simple enough... small strawberry milkshake, small pb/banana milkshake. I asked her name & the response "why do you even need my name". I certainly am not one for the mess. I leave the drive through, to ask for a manager on the floor to find our THE MANAGER, Ms. Allie, WAS WHO WAS DISRESPECTFUL as ever. This store had MORE workers than DQ, less ppl & guess what. When we went back to DQ - WAITED IN THAT LINE, only to remember, why we ALWAYS stop at the Wabash DQ! They had THREE workers, swamped with customers and STILL kind & paitent. This DQ is always top tier & NEVER have i had an encounter with someone like BASKIN ROBBINS MANAGER ALLIE. Read moreOrdered a small cone for my son. We were about 5 minutes down the road when he said the cone was empty. I thought maybe there was just a small pocket where the ice cream didn't get pushed in, but no, the entire cone was completely void of ice cream... whoever made it had literally just put a scoop barely big enough to cover the top of the cone and that's it. Now if this had been a dollar cone I may not even have cared too much, but if I'm going to spend $3 on ice cream the cone had better be filled.
