I’ve been quiet for a long time but since I don’t live or work there anymore I feel it’s safe to speak up. I used to play for the owner in all of his bars and bit my tongue every time I saw him become verbally abusive with employees and being inappropriate with young women. One time when we were playing there, a woman fell and hurt herself so we stop playing music while we were waiting for paramedics so that they could navigate the venue properly. But the owner disagreed and did so by screaming at the entire band in front of all the customers about how unprofessional we are.
