Went in feeling positive about the outcome. Saw only two people working, but line was short. Again thinking positive. Placed order with young man who's English was sketchy, but got the first part done okay... I think... Well I can't tell because they put a steel barrier, so you can't see if they are getting it right, but I maintain my positivity. After the quick heat, the other female employee takes over and is speaking to her coworker in something other than English, but completes my sandwich efficiently... I am happy, it looks good... I now announce my coupon with a valid date and it met all of the criteria. It goes through the barcode and she rings up the order at full price... I smile and show her the coupon and she scans it a second time... I hear him say 6.99 ... She says it's no good ... I looked at it again and said it should be... She takes it and wads it up, points to the register and says I owe 11.99... I have my credit card in hand and looked down at the reader... It requested I give a healthy tip to add to my order... Read moreThey avoid being seen just so they don’t have to work. They let you sit at speaker until you get sick of waiting and leave. It happened twice. First time after sitting at speaker for 10 mins, i decided to go inside and looked around. The man was hiding in corner snd when he saw that I saw him, he came out to work. 2nd time, after 5 mins wait at speaker, I decided to pull up to window. I saw this guy with a little child on his lap. He saw me but continue to sit. After 5 mins, he decided I wasnt going anywhere so he finally got up and asked me what I want. I ordered online so I just want to pick it up. He then put me on facetime with this guy he was talking to and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I got my order but it was gross like outdated. I asked the employee to pre-cut the footlong to add different veggies to each side, to which he said he would charge me for two six inches, which I refused. So instead he opted to make his job more difficult by adding veggies one half at a time to the sandwich, as if that was efficient or necessary. Then as he was ringing me up, he rolled his eyes with annoyance when I pulled out coupons. I asked if there was a problem, and he said no problem.
