I received my food exceptionally quickly, faster than I have experienced even in a drive-through.
However, the staff were engaged in an argument during my visit, which created a negative atmosphere. The restrooms were in poor condition, and considering there were no other customers present, they should have been maintained to a higher standard.
The noodles were cooked perfectly. The bread had a light dusting of garlic, but the flavor was mostly plain. The sauce was flavorful but overly salty for my preference. Offering a sweet sauce option would accommodate guests who enjoy a sweeter style of spaghetti.

While the food was average and what is expected, it is better than the spaghetti factory. Prices seemed high for the serving size. I would have gotten more at Fazolis for the same price. Where this restaurant shines is in the friendly customer service and absolute pride in their product. It did not matter who brought the food out. -update- since this review my wife and I have been back 3 other times. The Cousin Vinny is straight fire. Make sure you pour the Sweet Vinegarette on that bish as you go.There is an older lady there every Monday and she has made our Cousin Vinny sandwich everytime. Make sure you get her.
