Aroma Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Got the frozen coffee and one of their energizing drinks. Both were decent, but they forgot to put whipped cream on the frozen coffee. I also would have like to add mocha sauce but only one of the other options could be selected which is weird. None of the food was much good except the bagel which was decent. They charge extra for cream cheese though. Got a donut and a coffee room, both were definitely harder and probably were made the day before. I know they responded to another review saying the donuts were outsourced and that was definitely obvious. Also got a bacon egg and cheese on Tuscan bread, which only had what looked like one strip of bacon on it. Hash browns definitely could have or probably should have been cooked a little longer. No crunch and barely any color from being cooked at all.

Tdlr: Nothing was overwhelmingly good, definitely not worth the $30 I paid for and probably won't go back to this location or...

Extremely slow drive through managment. If there's even 5 cars waiting you'll be there for at least 20+ minutes. Better off parking and going inside. But don't park to the right because if a line develops behind those spots, you'll be waiting just as long to back out and go around as you would have going through the drive through in the first place. Poor design layout for efficency.

The staff is perfectly friendly so I'm not sure if it's the customers taking forever to order or maybe they're understaffed and can't keep up with the demand. But this location is very slow in regards to the drive through.

I had time to write this review, accidently delete it, think more about it, and then rewrite it, all while waiting in the drive through...and I had been waiting for 15 minutes...

Nice people, clean facilities, great food and drinks. Indoors closes at 659pm. Drive through to 759pm.
