To be honest I was never a Mcdonal's or Fast food person. I had been to Mcdonals plenty of times esp. Many nights as a single Mother who worked a lot of overtime. My daughter would request French Fries and a Mcflurry to go with whatever i was making quick that night. I myself didnt mind a Fish sandwich every now and then. However recently i have found myself at Mcdonals just sitting in there parking lot using there Wifi eating Fries myself and a Mini Oreo Mcflurry. During these months I have watched so many, many, Families come to this Mcdonals People come before work, or during there Lunch Break and then by themself or with their families for Dinner. And although the prices have gone through the roof since i was a kid or even when my youngest was little You could get a Happy Meal for 1.99$ And there was an actual 1$ menu. Like i said although things have changed the most important part still remains, Families still once in a while together will enjoy hanging out eating simple Mcdonals over a good conversation. So Overall for the Most part My experience at Mcdonals on Andover St. In Tewksbury, Ma. Has been quit interesting I am very pleased So far with some of their staff that remain Professional how they have treated Me as a Person. Know matter what kind of Day i am having i always make sure to go in with a smile and a warm greeting. There are some workers that do need a little work when it comes to treating everyone as an equal. But for the most part Just about every Manager there is sweet and Professional I wish i knew names. Because id like certain people to get noticed when its due and these workers have gone the extra mile. The Manager she is spainish young blonde very pretty she is amazing. Like i said i wish i knew names i try to ask once in a while for names because they all do work really hard and dont get noticed. There are a couple of younger male workers that are very kind and do there Job with a smile. And there are a couple that i am sorry i wouldnt put on my list.....but i try to go in every day to try and change the way people are and the way they think. You have to be kind to one another You never know what someone is going through or went through. So i always no matter which worker comes up to greet Me and take my order. I always smile greet them before they take My order, after they take my order, and when they give Me my order. And my hope is that some point within those 10-15 min i made one of those workers day or i showed them its okay to be kind it doesnt cost a thing and it just may help someone thats not having a good day. So Again Over all i give Andover St. In Tewksbury Mass. A 100% For Effort. They have given Me and others a Safe place to Eat and use their Wifi and most of all To still see Families coming out together and enjoying themselfs. I give a 100% when running around there small kitchen trying to get out their order in a...
Read moreI know it's a busy dinner shift but a heavy set woman was just straight up nasty to one of the customers. I so very badly wanted to speak up to defend him because he literally did nothing wrong.
The interaction went like this.
Look I get that you hate your job but save the attitude for customers who are ACTUALLY being rude. The green sweater dude did absolutely nothing wrong.
I was extremely tempted to speak up but I am in uniform for my own job and I cannot risk drawing attention to myself... I at least said to green sweater dude a word of solidarity. He probably already paid for his food. If it were me I would have demanded a...
Read moreJust because they look open at 850pm. Dont get your hopes up... Tonight i spent 20 minutes stuck in a drive through. 3 people in front of me leave. I pull up someone and BY CHANCE answers after 3 cars have literally left. Its late, i am tired, so I order. I pull up, I pay, get my chicken sandwich and nuggets and coke. I am asked to pull up because my fries are not ready. 10+ more minutes go by... i watched my clock... 4 people behind me pay get their orders and leave around me... I have at this point been in this drive through for a total of 30 minutes and have been forgotten or written off... I drove home. With half a meal. I hate to say, I should have been that guy and never left the window until I got my entire meal...
I will NEVER EVER stop at this McDonald's in the evening again. I didn't even get what I paid for... if you are understaffed for a shift... to the point of being not capable of completing orders, dont be open for the shift. Don't waste so many peoples time AND MONEY.
Didn't even get a reciept, so chances of getting a...
