Pera mediterranean grill — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Work in Tewksbury and have been looking for good lunch options outside of chain restaurants or fast food.

Found Pera & saw some good reviews, so decided to try it out twice for takeout lunch. Got the Meat & Rice bowl with Chicken Shish Kebab (essentially grilled chicken) and Brown rice, along with some other veggies (Arugula, Onions, Corn) and the creamy garlic sauce.

Food was delicious! Chicken was flavorful and well-seasoned, coming right off the grill. I’m sure the other meats are good too but haven’t tried them yet. Rice & Veggies tasted good & loved the garlic sauce. Got a side of Pita & Tzatziki too which was great.

Overall great option for a healthy & filling lunch or meal in general. They have other options for salads or Gyros/Pita Sandwichs too. It can be a little pricy if you get extra protein or other extras (bowl was $18 not including tip), but well worth it for the quality and amount of...

A got2 read !! Ok so I came to pickup a lunch in between lunch and supper, I've never eaten here before but I was surprised ,this place still should have been packed!! I took it to go but I decided to eat in it was so hot outside and nice and cool inside and it's a nice clean place - right!! The food is unbelievably good here, The people are really nice, like I said before real nice clean place, My 3top must be's but to top it all off I can't believe I must have got two pounds worth of food at least and I only paid $13.91 with Poland spring water bottle that's unheard of today no exaggeration I'm coming back before I go back home from the job and I'm going to get dinner here for everybody at home !! We're going to be eating here a lot more come down here and check out this place the food...

Incredible. Found this rather by accident when we were nearby for a softball tournament. As a vegetarian I was psyched looking at the menu. It did not disappoint.

The place is super cute and clean, extremely friendly staff.

I generally do not love the deep fried aspect of falafel, but Pera does a phenomenal job making it filling and hearty without being greasy. The tzatziki was delicious and the pita was to die for. Soft and delicious. I love that you can customize the toppings. Portion was extremely generous!

Kids got chicken bowls and devoured them!! My husband loved the lamb pita.

10/10 recommend .. might be back for lunch tomorrow since we are in the area...
