Dawn Donuts — Restaurant in Texas City

Me and my family had been coming to this donut shop for almost 2 years we come in there pretty much 2 to 3 times a month and we always get the same thing and today I sent my husband over there to get donuts and we actually got less than what we normally do and was still charged only $.80 less than my normal order. And to put it into perspective, we normally order two dozen donuts, one dozen mix and one dozen either glazed or half glaze and chocolate ice, a breakfast sandwich and two drinks and it comes out to 2835 today. My husband went in and got one dozen mixed donuts a half a dozen raise chocolate iced donuts and a breakfast sandwich and I will still charge $27.20 when I called I had to explain to four different people what happened they assured me that it would be taken care of and then they texted me two hours later saying that no they were not gonna be giving me my money back and you know if I have any further questions to get back to them. But I will not be getting back to them. I will never step foot in that place again and it is absolutely ridiculous that this happened especially at a time right now and so now you have lost customers and I am going to make sure everybody I know no not come in your donut shop so I hope it was worth it but everyone just Beware That they are either going to overcharge you or under charge you and then make it like it was your fault so yeah that happened. So just a warning be careful if you decide to go to this donut shop cause unfortunately these donuts are absolutely amazing but I’m not gonna give my money to somebody who doesn’t help their customers, especially customers that I’ve been coming in there for almost 2 years so Have a great day and we will never be coming in...

I was rushing for work so I ran to this donut shop with only about 5 minutes to hurry and get to work at home. I bought kolaches and donuts. After I paid on my way out I grabbed two small coffee creamers. The lady that works in there stopped me. I would have paid for them, but it shouldn't have been an issue because I did make a purchase plus I was in a hurry.
