I decided to try this place based on my daughterâs request, and some of the online reviews from others. The girl who took my order was very friendly, and she advised me this was her first day working at Beauxâs. I wasnât familiar with the menu, and just wanted to try something new. Not sure if the guy preparing the food was having a bad day or what, but HE was not very friendly at all! He seemed bothered.... I ordered barbecue shrimp w/rice and the seafood gumbo. My daughter and her 2 young children were with me. I went back to my car to watch my grandkids and to allow my daughter a chance to go and place her order. The lady offered to bring both orders to our vehicle once they were ready since they had no other customers. The lady seemed shaken and upset đĄ when she brought our food to the car! We didnât request to have the food brought to us! Not sure what happened, but she was upset and told us it was not us...I apologized to her.. she stated she forgot the silverware. I walked up to the food truck window and requested silverware, and again the guy, not sure if he was the owner, gave me the dirtiest look; no customer service skills at all, unfriendly! My daughter spent $25 and I spent $23! The food.., đ€. I would rather not say anything else.., I threw mine in the garbage! I am from the Gulf Coast, and also a great cook! I know how good seafood đŠ should taste! There was a reason this guy was unfriendly and did not acknowledge myself nor my daughter.. đ€ I already know..... Apalled, Not Surprised...
I see that the owner responded belowđ. You are a complete unprofessional idiot! You assumed that we are unemployed because we patronized your yucky business on a week day and because of our ethnicity! You have a small mind! We both have good jobs with excellent salaries... we are Professional Women ! ...
Read moreA co-worker told my husband about this place so we decided to try it. The food was not good at all. We couldn't eat it. Salt is a flavor enhancer not a replacement for the flavor itself. As you can see from the pictures this is what we were served. We live less than 5mins down the road so it didn't have to travel far at all. The crawfish fettuccini was extremely salted and had little crayfish in the pasta, as you can see. The $12 peacemaker had 3 shrimp with no breading and 2 soggy wet fried oysters. The bread was soaking wet and mushy. We ask for no salt on the fries but that didn't happen. They were extremely salty. The chips were hard, stale, salty and old. The crawfish queso was salty and a watery. This meal was in no way worth the $50 we paid for it. We are more than disappointed and wasted our money because we had to eat elsewhere, this food was not edible or appetizing. My question is, would you serve this looking like this and tasting like this to your family? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't. Why would you serve it to your customers? We will never ever eat here again!!!!! We want our...
