Read moreRevision: I'm really happy to say that I had dinner here just a minute ago with my fiancee and I was very pleased with the service. Even on a relatively busy night, the service was fairly quick and the hostess was very polite and helpful. Due to my past service I'll keep it at 4 stars and change it to 5 if the service continues to be good from now on. I will definately eat wings here again and recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet, the wing sauces are good, the wings are moist, and the wings are not flooded in sauce. The waffle fries are also really good. I can't wait to come back and try the crawfish as well! I'll leave the original post at the bottom for those who are interested but it will be completely deleted if I continue to see good service here! The fact that management was polite and apologized about the situation as well as gave me a free meal was why I felt necessary to give this place another chance, so thank you to management for not letting me down!
Original Post: (Revised from 2 stars to 3 because the management or an employee gave us a free meal voucher and apologised for how absurdly long it took and for having the food coming out cold the first time of waiting for over 45 minutes) Got here, ordered at 9:17pm while there were a max of 3 small tables full in the store. It is currently 10:27 and I still don't have my food. Was told a 15 minute wait and I had to have it re-made after it has been sitting for 40 minutes with nobody telling me it's ready or even asking me if I was waiting on an order. The only reason for 2 stars is because the wings are generally pretty decent and most of the time the service is good. Other than that, I would never trust this place to their timing again.
