What kind of business are they running here? I called before I pulled up informed them that I had a blow out. I pulled up in front his shop. The employee was helping someone next to me. I got out to talk to him but didn't want to interrupt. I stood there like 2 mins before I sat back in my car as it was cold thinking he'd come over once he's done. Can you believe the guy went inside and sat down & lit a black & mild. I called back in & said hey i'm outside waiting for someone to come look at my tire. The rude owner says this is a business if you want my business you come inside to talk to me...lol. Well excuse me sir I've never had to get out my car to go inside a tire shop to ask someone to come back outside to look at my tire when I am sitting in front their shop and they see me. I explained that I got out to speak to worker but he was busy he says NO you need to come inside. I go inside and the worker is sitting there blowing smoke in my face. I'm like hey can someone help me outside? He points at the owner who is on the phone. He gets off and I'm like can someone look at my tire it's blown out. He goes out and says I don't have used tires... only new 100 plus tax. I thought about it then decided if I was going to spend 100 it was goin go to be at a place with much better customer service. I got my car towed to another tire shop...

This is what small business is all about. You're not going to find a better place to get your tires taken care of here in Humble, Atascocita, or Kingwood area. NRS tires is really a great community resource. I came in with a very specific tire problem. And I want to say something that how many popular or well-traveled people go through, a little touch of drama from a broken hearted stranger. I guess that's a nice way I can say it.

They treated me like family here and got me a deal on a tire that is honestly better than the big box tire stores. I feel bad for those big box guys because they have to try so hard to upsell their products and end up taking advantage of customer sometimes. I did not have that issue here, and in fact I was able to get back on the road for less than $100 for my light-duty truck. it really means a lot to me to do business with honest businessmen and I am definitely going to do all my tire business hear from now on. Garbage bad management and careless employees high as hell he will charge u basis on how u look and what u drive and what side of town u live inn before he told me price he asked me what I do for a living then gave me a made up price. Shystie tire shop is what the name of this tire shop should be called if u need some thing done and you don’t mind getting robbed go here or just go to discount or a tires shop or don’t go to a tire shop on that side of town!! Especially this one!!
