Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I'm going to attach a screenshot to this email so you can see just how rude your employees are! I texted an manager asking if my paper was sent in because i called yesterday and they said they would send it into the store for me and I got this responds (shown on screen shot) see little do you know as of right now i can sue your dominos because i am 16 years old and I worked for y'all for about 3 weeks it was horrible. I'm 16 and since I'm underage and in school im supposed to have regular breaks by law but never got a single one yet if you couldn't find a manager they were sitting outside so you really need to check your stores. I was a cashier came in for extra hours they made me clean freezer which i had no problem with expect the fact that it hadn't been cleaned in months!! So you really need to make sure you're managers are doing there jobs because they are not, as well as your getting on to your managers for dating other staff i don't think you should have family members working in the same place meaning Krista and her little pet niece. You needs to control your store better because that little girl is running around like a manager with another managers code because there family and work together doesn't mean they needs to act that way in the work place! Honestly disappointed with management and their communication skills.

We recieved a rotten salad with our order. It seems dismal but one of our vegatarian family members were really looking forward to it. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas with our order that were fantastically made and delivered with no issue.

After contacting Domino's immediately after finding out we were told that the driver would pick up the salad and bring us another one.

After waiting an hour and our family member still hungry while the rest of us had already had the chance to eat we called again to find out that there was never any intention of replacing our salad, no one was on their way and we had been forgotten.

We were not offered a replacement this time, just a credit or a gift certificate (which we ended up with choosing in hindsight we should've just asked for a refund.) however if we had known from the beginning there was no intention of replacing this we would've gotten food for our family member elsewhere instead of waiting an hour for them to correct the order.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ORDERING AT DOMINO'S. EVER. What an absolute mess never again.

I am all about customer service and if you work with the PUBLIC, you need to be friendly. If you can’t be friendly then go work somewhere else! When you place an order I’m pretty sure it should be more so along the lines of “HI, WELCOME TO DOMINOS”. We went in to order a pizza from this location and walk up to the counter to place an order and we are greeted with “Yes?”. Like we were a bother because we came in. I could have made a scene in front of all of those people but I think writing a review will better benefit the public. The blonde female working the counter was not only RUDE, but had a hickey on her neck. Whoever the manager of this store is apparently needs to learn the rules of what being “presentable” in a work environment looks like. She also needs to know that it doesn’t look very good to customers to be blaring rap music that can be heard from the front. After we had already swiped the card we were then told it would be 45 minutes.
