I called to order a pizza today and they said that I was in their computer as getting a free pizza so I took advantage of it. I ordered a small five item pizza and it was the best pizza I have ever eaten. The best one I’ve had from Dominos even better than the ones I would get when I worked at their first store in 1970. Outstanding.
Just two comments. In the current advertising, they’re pushing a $9.95 pizza with all the toppings you want. If you read down to the end, you will see that this is subject to quantity limitations. Nothing like putting a carrot in front of a customer and then chopping the carrot to bits before they got it in their mouth.
The other item is the pasta bowl. Their pastas taste very, very good but when you first open it up, your initial reaction is there really isn’t much here even if I paid a reduced price. Well sure enough it’s filled to about halfway. If you take a look at the advertising, the pictures of the pasta bowls, you will notice that they are filled to the top!
When you order a pasta bowl, and you receive your food and it’s not filled to the top, don’t let them get away with it. Call them and have them redo it and tell them where their mistake was. Read moreThis is the worst subway in the entire world.. on May the 10th I ordered a 12-in sub on the subway app along with four cookies and a drink I received a notification that my food was ready so I went to pick it up when I arrived at the store the front door was locked there was no one there the lights were on and the radio is playing there was food on the tables but no employee the back door was wide open so waited around for about 20 minutes no one ever showed up I attempted to contact the store with the number that is listed . That number is out of service so since May the 10th I've tried to go back to to the store to collect either my money or food after visiting the store with no one there. So finally on June 3rd there was two employees inside the store so I decided to stop in and try to recoup my money or just food owed to me but they refused to do it and told me they are not obligated to fulfill any orders from the subway App Also I spoke with the manager on the phone and she said the same thing and told me that I was wasting my time that they would not refund me my money and do not have any obligation to fulfill anything...

Update for visit on 9/28/21. I went in because a mistake had been made on my previous visit and I was overcharged for a carry out order. Please be sure to check your charges before you leave their store. I was charged double price for the pizza I had ordered that day a week and a half ago. Thankfully today I was reimbursed for the over payment with some convincing and proof of receipt of the transaction. I am a loyal and frequent customer to Domino's and should be treated that way.
