Cerca del la fecha cuando tenian su “Grand Opening” en un Domingo fui con mi familia y a comer durante la tarde y tenian buffet. Nosotros pedimos buffet y todo se miraba bien rico y todo bien, como era mucha comida pense, pues agarro poquito y luego voy ya agarro mas cuando me acave todo. Pues toda mi familia hiso lo mismo y para nuestra desepcion no nos dejaron agarose mas Que porque disque eso era todo y no podiamos comer mas. Pues desde ese entonces todos acordamos nunca ir otravez porque eso no es buffet. Sabran ellos que es buffet? Y si estaba caro. Near the date to the grand opening on a Sunday I went with my family to eat on an afternoon. They had a Buffet and we had asked for the Buffet everything looked delicious and everything seemed fine it was a lot of food so I thought I’d get a little bit now and then get more a little later. Well my whole family decided to do the same they all got a little bit and decided that they would get the more later, to our deception they did not let us get any more because they said that that was it and we cannot eat anymore. Well from then on we all agreed we would never come back again because that is not a Buffet. I wonder if they know what a Buffet is? And it was pretty overpriced.

Y SI, Yo Confirmo Que SI fue Durante el Grand Opening que fue años atraz! Esto si paso, y en el primer post arriva nunca dije que fue hace poco ni di fecha porque no me acuerdo la fecha exacta Pero si me acuerdo Que fue un Domingo en familia y vi el anuncio de Grand Opening. No hemos regresado desde esa unica horrible occasion. Mi experencia y testimonio de esto NO es falso solo porque los dueños o los gerentes dicen que es.(como se les occurre decir que mi experencia en su restaurant es falsa?!!) si apenas lo estoy poniendo es porque el otro dia pase por ahi y me acorde y en ese entonces Durante el grand opening yo no sabia de google reviews era mucho mas joven que hoy.

And yes, I confirm that this actually happened during the grand opening! In the post above I never said a date or specified when it happened because I don’t remember clearly the exact date since it was years ago and I never said it was a recent occurrence. I just remember it was on a Sunday with the family and I remember seeing the Grand Opening sign. And this did happen and because of this one terrible experience we have not returned again. My experience and testimony on this is NOT false just because the owners or management says it is.(how are they gonna say that my experience in their restaurant is false?!!) if I am barely now putting this review is because back in that day I was a lot younger than I was now and I didn’t know that there was a such thing as Google reviews and the other day I was passing by there and I saw the restaurant and I remembered...

THE WORST RESTAURANT IN HOUSTON! N POSSIBLY IN THE WORLD. Man this place ruined our Valentine’s Day no wonder nobody ever goes there. This is the first Mexican restaurant I’ve gone to that doesn’t give u chips n salsa. Which were just like whatever. The waitress was horrible my cousin asked for water n they gave her a water w no ice whatsoever n little stuff floating in it. Must’ve been tap water. The waitress was extremely slow n rude. I always tip even if they don’t give the best service bc everyone has their days but in this case I couldn’t do it. There was only 6 people in the restaurant total. She was so worried about the music playing (same 2 songs) she wasn't doing her job at all. The waitress tried to give us a check for $151.00 for 2 ppl I told her that’s not our check n she swore it was.. nothing on the check was anything we ordered. After explaining the check to this lady short of a couple of brain cells.. she finally came out w the correct check which was only $51.71 she tried to get us for $100!! My cousin n his wife ordered more than us n their check came out to the exact same amount. I honestly think they just put whatever they think they can get away w n charge ppl like that. I wish I would’ve paid attention to the fees n self tipping they add in to the total amount.. but by the end of it we were so irritated that we didn’t even care at that point. Food was just ok. But how hard can nachos be? The music the waitress had on was 2 different songs both on repeat 🔁 not only that but it was so loud we could barely hear ourselves. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews on this place before going there but it being Valentine’s Day everywhere we went was packed. So we thought it can’t be too bad here. Boy we’re we wrong. I can’t believe they have the nerve to have such a high priced menu w such horrible service. I just hope she didn’t tip herself on my check. Be careful eating here n check the check! If u don’t want to get angry n irritated 😣 stay clear away from this place. I’m surprised they even have customers saying this place is decent on here but I’m convinced they put those “good” reviews themselves 🤔. We all agreed we’d never go back there again. Ruined our whole night 😒....

I honestly have no idea how this place is still open. The owner has no respect and can’t accept feedback.

1. I had eaten some of the food we ordered and spit out pieces of a toothpick not knowing it was in there because it was not visible at all ESPECIALLY with everything already on it (also was not mentioned.)
2. the waitress had the audacity to tell me (the one who was eating) that I didn’t already eat some of it although we didn’t find the entire toothpick
3. we asked if there would be anymore of them in the food so that we were aware and she went to the back to ask. The explanation she gave us as to why it was in there in the first place was that the owner was assisting the cook but wasn’t wearing her glasses. The waitress ended with telling us to open and go through the meal ourselves so we can know if there were any more.
4. we had spoke to the owner and she had no respect for us customers and it did not faze her that we had an issue involving her. We asked why they put them in there if there was no need for them and she gave a smart mouth response asking for our special secret on how to make them. The only thing she was actually starting to give any type of concern about was the waitress’s response telling us to check it. My question is- how can someone own a business without any type of people skills nor respect. She didn’t even try to apologize, she went straight to giving a smart mouth response and trying to pin the blame on the waitress. You shouldn’t have to rip apart and examine your food just to ensure you’re own safety especially if it’s in a “professionally” owned restaurant Don’t come here! Very unprofessional. The owner does not have enough human decency to own up to her own mistakes and...
