Absolutely terrible experience! I walked into this store hoping to find a waist trainer for my wedding dress, and let me tell you, it was a completedisaster from start to finish. The lady working there was absolutely useless. Can you believe she had the audacity to ask if I needed help, only to tell me she couldn't assist me because she was with another client? So there I stood, utterly ignored, while she carried on a full-blown conversation with someone else. It was beyond rude and disrespectful.

Finally, when she did bother to acknowledge my presence, she tossed a white waist trainer onto the counter as if it were a piece of trash. The sheer lack of professionalism was mind-boggling. I reluctantly examined the item, debating whether or not to buy it, but the terrible attitude I had encountered made it impossible for me to even consider spending my hard-earned money there.

To add insult to injury, as I was leaving, the store employee had the audacity to ask if I was going. Are you kidding me? Why would I stay in a store that treats customers with such disdain and neglect? It's clear that they have zero regard for customer satisfaction.

The level of incompetence displayed by this establishment is absolutely shameful. I went out of my way to travel a significant distance to visit this store, expecting quality service and respect. Instead, I was met with utter disappointment and mistreatment. It's truly disheartening to see a business that could care less about its customers.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store like the plague. You deserve better than the abysmal treatment I received. It's a shame that in this day and age, businesses still get away with treating customers so poorly. Do yourself a favor and find a store that values your business and treats you with the respect...

I googled Columbia Faja near me and I got Fajas Colombianas on Airline. Iran took my measurements and gave me my size. I was told no refunds, just exchanges, which is fair. I got home, showered and put on underwear and started to put it on. I got it wrong and called and spoke to the manager. She told me to come back and they would help me ro out it in or give me a different size. I then tried again. I pulled it up..snapped the first snap directly under my fupa. I then pulled it up and continued to snap, until I got to the top and zipped it. This faja is tight and comfortable. I can't believe how nice it fits! If you attempt to fasten the snaps,all at once, you cant..pulling it up and having it looking like a "V" is when you know you are...
